I’ll be honest: I was about three months away from closing my doors for good. I’ve been in this industry for thirty years, and I was just exhausted by the 'race to the bottom' that the big national wire services forced on us. I was tired of fulfilling orders for $60 that actually cost me $70 to make once you factored in their massive commissions and 'membership' fees. It felt like I was working for them, not my community.Switching to BloomNation changed the entire math of my business. For the first time in a decade, I’m keeping the vast majority of every dollar that comes in. There are no predatory 'splits' here. But more than the money, it’s the transparency. I was ready to quit because the wire service fees were eating all my profits. Switching to Bloom Nation was the best decision I've made in twenty years. No more 'split' commissions where I do all the work for half the pay. I get paid what my work is worth, and the 'Bloomsnap' feature has virtually eliminated 'order not as described' complaints. Honest pay for honest work.

Unfortunately they promised the world and fall flat. Their customer service is outsourced so no one you speak to has any capability to really accomplish anything for you. They’re just patronizingly polite and tell you they will get back to you on every inquiry you have. There’s no direct account managers. There’s no direct contact with promenade themselves. I open an account with them and got locked in for 299 a month grow package for a year and I’ve seen absolutely no use or traction. They claim that the websites are SEO optimized but conveniently forget to tell you that you do have to pay/do an abundance of marketing to establish a footprint online so that the SEO optimization can even work to begin in with. They have three packages. It’s basic for 199 grow for 299 and then their social media for 399. Their social media just has them using premade templates from CapCut that just look atrocious and would probably damage your reputation more than help it. In contrast, I know a florist that has been with them for over 10 years now and their experience is much better. They get a bunch of business from them and on their website but if you’re a new florist, you have no shot.

Ordered $80+ worth of birthday flowers. Never delivered. Come to find out the florist is out of business and has been for months! Multiple people have complained about this issue. Very poor business practice to charge money to customers for a closed business. Are you kidding?
