I ordered this for my Mother's 93rd…
I ordered this for my Mother's 93rd birthday. She's in a care home and couldn't really eat the contents, but I got it so the staff (who take magnificent care of my Mom) could celebrate her birthday with her. Such nice high quality ingredients. So easy to put together (open packages, place on board). Worth every penny.

The customer service was super
The customer service was super ! My board was delayed because of a glitch at Fed Ex Hub in Memphis and didn’t arrive until the day after Easter . I was offered a full refund or credit on a future order , of course I took that ! The cheese and sausage was excellent ! Can’t wait to order again !

I sent my son one of your boards for his birthday. I waiting to get his response before sending my review. First, it arrived on time. Second, the packaging was perfect and protected the freshness. Third, very appealing to the eye and most important, my son said the flavors and freshness was above and beyond. I look forward to gifting more of the birds in the future. I can’t thank you enough.

Perfect Good Friday Nosh
My order was beautiful, delicious, delivered on time and the perfect gift for Easter Weekend. I appreciated the meat-less option since Catholics don't eat meat on Good Friday. Thank you for the timely communication and exceptional product! I will be ordering again for sure!

The best customer service I have ever…
The best customer service I have ever experienced with a comparable business. I had a delivery issue with FedEx and was originally scheduled to receive my board on Friday, 4/3, in time for the Easter holiday. I tracked the shipment throughout the day, and around 10:30 p.m. the status unexpectedly changed from “out for delivery” to a new delivery date of Monday, 4/6—after the holiday.I immediately emailed Boarderie’s customer service, fully expecting to hear back sometime on Saturday given how late it was on Friday evening. Instead, I received an almost immediate response. Jenny let me know that the issue had already been addressed with FedEx and reassured me that my board would arrive on Saturday, 4/4—just in time for Easter. And it did.I was truly impressed by how quickly and cheerfully my concern was resolved. Thank you so much, Jenny, for the exceptional service—you handled everything expeditiously, professionally, and with a great sense of humor (“easy peasy—or should I say cheesy!”). This level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated.

Great communication and High Quality
I was very happy with communication provided the day before and day off delivery. Helpful hints were provided and appreciated. We ordered the medium board that feeds 4-6. We had 6 people and ate off it for two days. It was delicious!
