Corporate quality with personal service
If you're in the market for a board that meets specific criteria, and you're struggling to navigate the wide variety of options, click on the chat feature. David picked up my chat, gave me some options, we then continued the discussion seamlessly via email. Delivery of initial materials was fast, whilst the Board was ordered (and David monitored progress for me throughout). The board was delivered when expected, very well packaged - important consider it was glass. It was also easy to install and feels very sturdy to write on. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service - We ordered a number of notice boards from Boards Direct. The quality of the products is excellent & the prices are very good too. We unfortunately had an issue with one of the boards having a bend in it when it was unpackaged but this was instantly resolved as soon as we made the company aware.Kelly in Customer Services could not have been lovelier or more helpful. She resolved our issue extremely quickly & with zero fuss - Customer Service at it's best. Thank you. We will recommend you highly & definitely use you in future for any of our notice board needs!

Board delivered within 2 days. The cork board is really excellent quality with a layer of thick cork. I am very impressed with the quality of the board.

Amazing service

Excellent Service and advice and excellent solution to our display problem
The company responded very quickly to our enquiry regarding their Eco-sound material range, and Managing Partner David Shaw was particularly helpful in despatching a set of samples to us which arrived within two days. This was really useful in being able to evaluate the material and also check for colour.Having made an order, the delivery was in good time and exceptionally well packaged to prevent damage.The material we chose was 9mm thick Eco-Sound, which takes pins easily but is firm and dense enough to provide a pleasing, quality finish. The edges need handling with a little care to prevent damage but the material is easy to handle and not excessively heavy.We used the two custom panels to create a display area in our bar and are delighted with the quality of finish, the service we received, and the end result.I've no hesitation in recommending Boards Direct based on my experience, and also grateful to David for his prompt advice (by both phone and email) on materials, sizes and adhesives.An excellent experience - thank you.

Fantastic service for 2nd time round .
Fantastic service for 2nd time round . I ordered a whiteboard for our Bowling Club and they were so impressed with it they asked me to order a 2nd one for them . Extremely well made Whiteboard . And very easy to hang up on wall . Again fantastic service, and delivered in perfect condition. So easy to order online from start to finish. Highly Recommend BOARDS DIRECT , definitely won't go anywhere else to order .
