I’ve been buying plugs and other jewelry from BAF for over 20 years now. Their customer service is great and they are consistently good about listing the measurements and materials used in all the jewelry they sell. I get compliments all the time on my plugs and always refer people to them!

I made a purchase through paypal and payment went through without a problem. I received a purchase confirmation from PayPal but I did not receive a purchase confirmation from body art form after 20 mins as their site states I would. I reached out to the company via email the next day and received an unhelpful automated reply. I then disputed through paypal and only then did I receive a reply from bodyartform. Nothing else since then. I am trying to receive my money back and as a first time customer with this company I do not trust them at all to purchase again! Still waiting for my money back.Update:My order has not been confirmed, still. What was shipped? I see a tracking for today 9/28 and not 1 day after order was placed which would have been 9/25. I have no way of verifying my order at all due to no confirmation. I will cross my fingers and hope that you shipped the items that I ordered. Thanks for replying.

I really like this website. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with any of my orders. The customer service people are knowledgeable and can help you if you’re confused about sizing or custom ordering something. I do most of my custom orders through them because I find they’re much less expensive than the piercer and sometimes they have great discounts on holidays. They also have good prices on basic jewelry, so I have ordered several of my glass pieces from them as well. I think I’ve made at least 30 orders if not more, and it’s always been satisfactory. People always ask where to by body jewelry from, and I always recommend Bodyartforms.

I accidently ordered the wrong size for my husband. I sent them back and was issued store credit quickly. My only complaint is they didn't have the 0g in chrome. Only gold. My husband likes the double flare flat style. He also prefers internal threaded. Bur those to are only in the gold. I had to choslose styles that he probably won't favor. But hey, maybe he will try to style it up now. Please stock more chrome in 0g please please please and I will continue to order from you.

A friend purchased the Warrior Septum Clicker in yellow gold plated sterling. Only it wasn’t gold plated sterling silver, it was gold plated brass. The plating was so thin that in less than 2 months the gold plating wore off and exposed the brass underneath, causing me discomfort and stinging in the areas that were exposed. I sent detailed photos of the issue to the company and their best resolution was to send this $140 jewelry back to them, and IF they determined that it wasn’t the advertised product, they might issue a partial refund. I didn’t want a refund, this was a gift. What I wanted was a gold plated STERLING septum clicker. I cannot wear brass or stainless steel, Im allergic. I told them this, and they still would not offer me a replacement with the correct metals. This customer service is abhorrent, and sending used body jewelry in the mail is incredibly unsanitary, which is why body jewelry is not returnable! The photos clearly showed the brass and the blackened metal near the hinges of the clicker. Im honestly stunned by their inability to do the minimum, which is provide the product they advertised.

Bodyartforms has always been amazing with customer service and getting everything delivered/shipped on time! I’ve always been really happy with the quality of everything. When I have had to contact customer service, they have been very communicative and incredibly helpful. I recently dropped some of my gauges down the sink and said so on the order note and received a cute little note on the invoice. Really love this place and will continue to order here!!

So I ordered a 6 gauge and a 8, I received a 8 and a 10, I even sent them pictures proving this and even showed my previous nose ring that was a 8 gauge just to compare, what they don't know is that I was a piercer for over a decade and I stopped a few years ago. They told me that I was wrong even with photo evidence. I really wish I was able to post a picture of this on here so everyone could see. They tried to gaslight me, telling me that what I could see in front of me wasn't exactly what it was.I mean the nose rings are just small in general. It's a good quality ring just not the right size and they didn't have options for diameter size. I won't ever be shopping here again but maybe one of my friends can use the "partial store credit" they offered me. I already ordered from another website immediately . ***UPDATE*** today I received my refund, I do appreciate it, i doubt it would have happened if I hadn't posted this review. I really do think it was cool to address the issue and do what they could to make it right, not every business will reply to a negative review and try to remedy it. As I said before it was a quality product I realize that me wanting large septum ring in diameter as well as gauge is not what most people want. I was really going to just let this lay, and take it as a loss. So I'm going to repeat it's a quality product and they made the mistake right , even if it took a while. Also they do have a wide range of products, it takes alot to admit you were wrong, and that means something to me.
