It's outrageous that the replacement screen protector that they offer as a warranty cost $15. If I had known this I would not have purchased. The original purchase price was $55 and it was supposed to be guaranteed. Do not buy this product.Quo.

Sleazy company. I bought this phone cover and it came with a "free lifetime warrantee". Initially the "free" warrantee cost $10 for each replacement and now it's $14. There is also "free" returns for $1. I don't think they are less prone to scratches or cracking the other screens.

MehI did everything precisely as instructed yet the red light screen protector ended way above the outer edge of my phone (on top) I ended up putting in on manually. Getting the air bubbles out; impossible.

So ive used Bodyguardz screen protectors for the last 6 years. Always on point. Ive only warrantied a few times. We had a minor issue with my last order. I left a knee-jerk reaction review. I was wrong in my review. Sophie G from Bodyguardz customer service she responded, apologizes and then made everything cool. So i just first wanna say thank you Sophie G and Bodyguardz. I was wrong and ive been given some of the best customer service in the business. I acted like a baby when my order was incorrect and i probably am the one who screwed it up. We received a teplacement screen protector that was out of its protective packaging and the cover keeping it clean was off. I made note of it and literally within hours customer service sent an email offering a free replacement as well as apologies for the incident. I responded to the email and within 30 minutes a new protector had shipped and I had tracking information. That gives a whole new meaning to customer service. Nothing could have improved on the way this complain was handled. Cudos to BodyGuardz for setting a new standard for customer service

Not sure if everyone will have the same experience, but i made a comment on their instagram post from their company page, saying my screen cracked. They inboxed me and set up a replacement claim and i upgraded to a privacy screen. They sent me a link with the item in the cart for me, paid a 5$ difference for the upgrade, and had a new screen in a few days. I didnt even need to speak to anyone. Screen is now registered and i can go through the website for all future replacements, super impressed with the level of customer service!
