Fast shipping. Easy to use. Love for keeping in contact with my daughter.

Shipping was quick. My only "complaint" is that the order containing solely replacement items--charger, bracelet bands--was received in a bubble envelope that had clearly been crushed in transit. And, the replacement bands that were intended to be gifted arrived with their boxes mostly open and creased. Which isn't a good look for items being gifted.Overall, though, I am satisfied with the products. The BT4 bracelets work as advertised. The app is a nice touch and easy to use. Set up of the BT4 bracelets wasn't difficult. The bracelets seem to hold their charge for a while.

These bracelets are literally perfect except for one thingThe locking mechanism that holds it on isn’t secure enough. Random times you’ll be walking and realize your bracelet just isn’t there anymore, and you’ll freak out wondering how it popped off and where and when?? Other than that, perfect product.

Update: Bond Touch has sent me a replacement for which I am grateful.Original review: I have purchased multiple Bond Touch bracelets and I pre-ordered 3 Bond Hearts when they were released in 2022. I just went through my receipts from 2021 to present and I have given this company:8/29/2021: $121.06 (two bracelets)10/05/2021: $30 (mesh band) 12/31/2021: $30.11 (mesh band) 10/06/2022: $89.99 (Bond Heart pre order) 10/09/2022: $74.54 (replacement bracelet)10/31/2022: $179.98 (pre order, 2 Bond Hearts)11/28/2022: received a message that there would be a 3 month delay in shipping the heart preorders5/4/2023: $74.19 (replacement bracelet) 5/4/2023: $26.88 (eco band)5/18/2023: $30.11 (replacement metal mesh band because the old one was coming apart and scratching my wrist open) That's $656.86 total. My bond heart no longer works so I reached out on March 19th for help. At no time when I pre-ordered the hearts was there any mention of a "one year" warranty. After 11 days of receiving no response to my multiple queries (despite being told I would receive a response in 2 business days)and at least 4 follow ups on my part, I finally received a message citing the "one year warranty" and apologizing for the "inconvenience". The company "hopes [I] understand" that unless I spend another $100, the heartbeats are gone forever. I have just gone through all of my emails and nowhere is this "warranty" cited for the pre-orders of the hearts.I have spent $656.86 over the years and have recommended Bond to multiple people, and now I can no longer access the stored heartbeats of my loved ones unless I purchase another Bond Heart which is apparently only going to be under warranty for one year, presumably because the company now knows they don't last. Do not waste your money on the hearts; you'll end up devastated when your loved one is no longer around and you can't feel the heartbeat without spending $100 every year to replace it. I have repeatedly asked for them to show me where, when I pre-ordered the hearts, there was documentation of this alleged one year warranty; to date, nobody has done so. I understand that companies may not give lifetime warranties, but they are marketing the hearts as a way to store the heartbeats of the people you love, knowing full well that many of their customers are going to use this product for loved ones that are elderly, or sick, but then they pull a "gotcha" when you can no longer play the heartbeats after a year. Don't add to your grief, just steer clear. This is the response I finally received, verbatim:Thanks for getting in touch,According to our record, your order was purchased more than a year ago.Unfortunately, as your order is no longer within the 1-year warranty we offer to our customers, we are unable to offer you a replacement. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused, we hope that you understand

I ordered my package on Christmas Day and still haven’t received it. Customer service has been awful as I haven’t heard back from anyone. At this point I would like a full refund of my purchase because the bracelets won’t come in time for me and my partner.

Customer service is terrible and located outside of the US. The FB messenger link keeps redirecting me to a customer service rep who has messed up my order 3 times. It was a Christmas gift, still not received. First package delivered to a wrong address and not recovered. Had to go through the shipper before Bond would even look at the issue, their issue. I got them to replace and reship the order, only this time only one Bond Touch showed as being delivered when I ordered 2. New order supposedly sent today. Will it be right? No idea. For all of the inconvenience, I asked if I could donate the single extra Bond sent. No response other than I need to print a return label and get it back to the carrier for THEIR mistake. Was a loyal customer for version one. No more. Avoid this company at all costs. The outsourced customer service has language barriers. I sent over 12 emails to get where I'm at with this and I told them that is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Bond and I haven't even received it yet, a month later. Asked for the CEO. No response. I will update with hopefully a more positive review if I ever receive the promised and paid for product and that they actually work. Hoping this is just a holiday craziness mistake, I'm just frustrated with how much proof I had to provide to get the 2 Bonds I purchased when their "fix" was a full replacement but basically missing half of the order.I'm not sure how customer service based in Lisbon is not technically outsourced? They may be Bond employees but they are not located in the US and yet are handling all customer service inquiries. Call it what you want. I'll just call it customer service I never want to deal with again.
