Interesting Flavors but a Bit Pricey
Bones Coffee has some unique flavor options and nice packaging, but the taste was just okay for the price. It’s decent, though I expected a bit more.

Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping!
Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping!! Order placed on Saturday, April 26th. Shipping wasn't processed until Tuesday, April 29th. The shipping I PAID FOR said 5-7 business days from when order is processed. So from Tuesday the 29th, 7 business days puts us at Tuesday May 6th. Expected delivery date is now May 9th.I live in Virginia, why did my package go from North Carolina to Kansas? Every time I've ordered from Bones Coffee, this has been the issue. I stopped buying from Bones a couple years ago for this same issue. Shame on me for thinking this would be different, but it's the same thing 2 years later. Until Bones is willing to hold their shipping company accountable for delayed deliveries, I will be looking for my coffee from other sources. I PAID for 5-7 business days, not 10+.

Ordered on 7th...still not here..
I bought a new $1,000 coffee machine and am I experimenting with coffee. I live in GA. Bones is in FL. I ordered some coffee on Dec. 7th. It is the 16th and it is still not here. They use DHL for shipping??? That's crazy. DHL has to hand it off to the post office. Been sitting at some PO in GA for almost 3 days not moving.I just ordered something from Miami. Took 2 days to get to me.I will update reviews if and when I get the package. Based on what I am reading, I am going to be thoroughly disappointed and I already know that with this ungodly shipping time, this will be first and only purchase.

Bad customer service
I returned their items the same way they were sent to me; in brand new unopened condition but their customer service rep keeps telling me they want to issue store credit instead of giving me the full refund I am owed. They make it difficult if you want to return items. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority here and not a good look for their company.

Great products and fast shipping
I placed my order on a Friday and received on Monday. It came in very well packaged and customer representative kept me informed about order and shipping. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again from them as they have very interesting coffee flavors and their custom mugs are just awesome!
