Very disappointed
I bought online via Klarna and because I had used Klarna I was not allowed a free return instore. I was made to pay nearly £6 to return to their warehouse. After waiting 14 days and no refund, I had to chase them via email for my refund which is being processed now. If I had not contacted them would this company just keep my money? Not good enough and think you need to rethink your returns method/customer service to survive. I for one will not be back.

Bon Marchè never again
I ordered a cardigan similar to the ones I used to buy when before our local shut down.It cost me £3.50 in postage when it finally arrived, even though I had ordered two sizes bigger the sleeves were ridiculously short and it was nothing like the cardigans I have bought in the past.I then had to pay another £4 to return it as I had paid by PayPal so didn’t have the option of returning it to another store.Cardigan was £8 postage was £7.50 what a waste of my time, effort and money so I have closed my account.Still waiting for my refund….

Should be free returns
My wife ordered jeans online to be delivered to our home as our local store is closed due to a fire. The jeans are a lot larger than expected, so we are now left with either driving miles to the next nearest store, at the cost of petrol and parking or paying to return by post at our cost, so we are out of pocket by £7 and have nothing to show for it. It's about time Bonmarche moved with the times like other clothing outlets and had free returns.
