+boost left me hanging
+boost left me hanging and would not follow up on their own techs instruction . i called four times, worst customer service i have experienced,again they would not follow up with a service rep as thier own tech said they would.

Shady customer service
Okay I previously wrote a review about the shady dealings I've been having to deal with with their employees well it just got worse cuz they told me to get on there and chat with him and try to resolve the issue first they told me 3 months then 6 months then 9 months and after chatting to them now it became 12 months this company is shady in her dealings they lie to you they tell you to contact them to resolve the issue and instead of resolving the issue they add the amount of time it takes to lower your plan instead of trying to work with you about what you were told their employees lie to you the customer service lies to you and it's highly recommended that you do not do business with them now on your behalf I'll admit the service is good I get good coverage but the customer service and the employees will lie to you okay I'm just adding on to the review I did earlier cuz you're not letting me do another one because I contacted them like they asked me to try to resolve it and s*** and I still got the same thing nothing as a result they're still playing games people if you're smart you'll find a different company to do business with I do not recommend this one and I don't usually give bad reviews but with everything I've been trying to deal with I'm getting tired of it I'm getting tired of being lied too I'm getting tired of being ran in a circle I'm done playing so unless one of their managers there contacts me and we can resolve something my reviews are going to stand as I write them and I do not recommend them at this time

Thus far the service has been great and nothing else offered on the market comes close to the $15.00 per month for life!! I have been using Boost for a few months now and I honestly cannot tell the difference between Boost and the high $$$ accounts I have had in the past. Also I love the fact that there are ‘REAL’ people operating their Custom Service instead of some dang machine that keeps repeating the same garbage or just hangs up on you!Barring any unforeseen future issues I will be a happy Boost customer for life.Thank you Boost
