Flowers were never delivered. I tried to contact customer service but couldn’t get past AI, which sent me in a loop and was not able to give me any information beyond “status:ordered.”Very disappointed for my mom’s birthday.

'Easter' discount code offered was not available
I responded to an ad offering 30percent off using code Easter. But when I checked out there was nowhere to put a code. If I signed up for a subscription I could get a discount - but the ad offering the Easter code was misleading.

Love the pictures of the bouquets.
I like the way you can view each bouquet. Top view and vase view. The arrangements are stunning and the way you can choose the price range is very helpful. I am hoping the arrangement arrives just as pictured.
