Order still has not shipped
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped despite the order email stating it would ship in 3-5 days. How is it OK for them to blatantly lie? When I followed up with them they said that they were having warehouse issues and it would ship "in a few days". No thanks I'll be doing a charge back

Most comfortable boxing shoe I’ve owned
I wear a US 11.5 and I ordered a size 12 and they fit great! I probably could have gotten away with an 11 but 12 gives me a little more room to wear thicker socks. Highlight for me is the insole of the shoe with the built in acupuncture points. Every step you take the insole massages your foot the relieves tension.

Worst service ever!
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I fully complied with all requests and sent multiple photos, but only received automated responses asking for more information — even about their own products. No real assistance was ever provided, just repeated emails and shifting demands. Very disappointing. I will not purchase from Boxraw again.”
