It is so nice to see that a company takes pride and delivers on what is called service. The whole experience has been terrific from start to finish. I love the product and the way Breville stands behind the product is unbelievable. I have 3 products from them and I can say that it was money well spent.

We bought the Breville Barista Touch Espresso machine about a year ago. However, we have not been able to have a single cup of balanced espresso so far. We set up a table from grind level 1 to 15 for each burr level of 4 to 6, using various brands of coffee including Beanz.com which is recommended by Breville but without exception, all samples were sour. We contacted the the customer service but received nothing but delayed canned emails or simply a runaround. I can say that the customer service is just as terrible as the coffee machine itself. If you are in the market for a espresso machine, do yourself a favor and buy another brand as we are doing now after having wasted 1000 bucks and many bags of expensive coffee.

So far you guys are great. You sent me a box to return my not-new unit and see if it can be repaired. I waited too long, since we're loathe to part with it, even for a short time. I needed an updated label, which you're sending. So all good.

There was a chat option listed for support that I tried first but the person was always listed as offline. I then tried filling out the form. When the email response came I could not reply so I called. The support person on the phone quickly resolved our issue. The phone call was the better option.

We purchased a pizza oven and are having difficulty in trying to cook a pizza properly. Asking for help and not getting any HELP! WE asked if you could send us a dough recipe. Our dough is NOT coming off from the peel onto the stone. We want to make sure we are seasoning the pan and asked if you could assist and we have NOT heard a response. Somewhat disappointed.
