Brixton being a major company I didn’t think twice to check the reviews for their online shopping. I placed an order 10 days ago and paid for the shipping.Waited all day for the out for the delivery that was supposed to be two days ago. I reached out to customer service and they said to just allow two extra days in case of a delay? What is the whole point of paying for shipping? It’s not even worth it to pay $100 for a jacket. If you can’t even wear it for the occasion you bought it for it. I cannot wait to return this. Your customer service sucks. I will never purchase from brixton again. I will not support the brand in other locations. Because of this irritating customer service.

Agree with a lot of the comments here. The in store experience may be better, but ordering online has been disappointing so far. It’s been well over a week and my order still hasn’t even shipped, it’s just sitting idle. Their website says orders typically ship within 3–5 days, which clearly hasn’t been the case.I followed up with customer service just to check the status, but the responses appear to be automated AI or bot generated emails. Instead of getting an actual update, I received generic canned replies that didn’t address the issue.For a brand with Brixton’s reputation, the online ordering and support experience should be much better. At this point I’m still just waiting for the order to even ship.

In store has been great however customer service is a bunch of bots. I have been trying to reach them for 3 months now and nobody that is human has ever written or called me back. I have called and left messages and emailed directly with customer service at least a dozen times. I am exceedingly frustrated

If I could leave a lower review, then one star I would. I placed an order two weeks ago for a flannel shirt that was listed as available. Almost immediately after I placed my order, it went into out of stock. I figured I must’ve ordered one the last ones, but two weeks later my order is still pending in the processing stage. Says it’s pending information and when I spoke with customer support via email it seemed more like copy and paste answers.. I get the impression they don’t like to cancel orders.. and a friend of mine has gone through a similar process and it’s been over a month for her. I have nothing positive to say about the online order process with this company. While I like their products I will never order online again. Better to go into a store and purchase even at an increased price than to deal with this company online.

I made a purchase on December 1st for Cyber Monday. It's now December 10th and my order hasn't been shipped. I've been talking to customer service for 9 days and they haven't given me any solution. This makes me think that because the items were reduced to very low prices, they didn't want to ship them due to the low price. It's disappointing. I canceled the order and they didn't hesitate for a minute to process it again. What a shame, they lost a customer.

Should have read reviews before I ordered from GMA Steals and Deals. They would not let me exchange for a larger size. At the time of sale, they did not state that no exchanges would be allowed. This is false advertising. I even contacted BBB and they refused to respond to BBB regarding my complaint. Do not do business with this horrible company. You'll be disappointed. They get one star reviews for a reason. My next step is to complain to GMA.

This company is horrible. I was not happy with the hat I bought through GMA and decided to return it. They charged me for shipping, but never credited my account for the return. I called and emailed multiple times to no avail—horrible customer service. I finally had my credit card rescind the charges. What a nightmare and hassle!

I really wish I had done more research before ordering directly from this company. This has been one of the worst return/exchange experiences I’ve ever had. It took nearly two months before anyone even acknowledged the replacement issue, and when they finally did, they still got it wrong. I had specifically requested a refund, not an exchange, since the long delay made the item unnecessary. After sending two follow-up emails asking for a status update, they went ahead and processed it as an exchange anyway. Now I get to go through the refund process again. Weee!!! It’s really unfortunate when companies like this make Amazon look like the good guy.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. Do not buy anything from this place. They will steal your money and you'll never get your merchandise. I ordered a book that I needed for a class that I am taking. I paid extra to receive it before my class started. It's been two weeks, no book, and my class started a week ago. If you value your money, stay away from this place.
