I am still waiting for a refund after a month of them sending me the wrong item . They don’t answer emails ! Appalling customer service . I have now opened up a dispute with my bank to retrieve money owed

I have now sent 3 emails to the Customer services over the last 10 days and still waiting a response. I returned a designer bag on the 29th September 2025 which apparently has been stuck in Customs since 1st October awaiting confirmation from the recipient????? Browns obviuosly will not process my refund of £2,279 and can not be bothered to get intouch with Customs, absolutley disgusting.

I placed an order from Browns 2 weeks ago yet never received any updates, tracking, or shipment. I contacted Browns several times via their customer service email. I was given either vague responses that promised to look into the issue, or no response at all. I sent multiple follow up emails that went unanswered. Imagine my surprise today when I receive an automated email informing me that my order has been cancelled due to the item being out of stock! Odd to say the least, considering the item is still available in the size I ordered on the website at a MUCH higher price than originally priced when I placed my order. The item is a unisex item and is still available in both the men's and women's version as of this review- clearly Browns cancelled my order because they jacked up the price and didn't want to honor my order from two weeks ago. Dishonest, frustrating, terrible customer service. Steer clear... They don't carry anything that you can't get at much better online retailers such as Ssense, Mr. Porter, etc. Never again Browns...

Scam alert!This is a total scam website and there is no store in the UK. All items are manufactured in Chine and then shipped. Customer Service is an automated robote and no chance of a refund or cancellation of order. No doubt the online shop will soon 'close' to avoid being prosecuted.

Contacted customer service in relation to an in store query, it is not possible to contact the store by phone and it took nearly two weeks for customer service to check the stock. In comparison to net a porter the customer service is inferior

An item I bought developed a fault, I contacted Browns about this but they refused to help saying that the time I contacted was outside of my consumer rights window. I contacted them to explain that this was not true and gave them email and order receipts but then they stopped replying to all my correspondence. They have sent me a faulty item and are now refusing to make this right.

They shipped me a wrong colour bracelet, i send an email to annouce this, they doesnt response, then i send bracelet back and they do not accept my return “because wrong colour”. They steal my money and also the bracelet. I give them 40 emails and never give me a response. Never recommend!
