Listen, I’ve never bought from this company before and I never will again. It’s 2026 if I place an order online, I expect it to be shipped within a day or two at least like for you to tell me it’s gonna arrive on one day and then that day comes and you haven’t even shipped it like there is a reason your stores are constantly empty and nobody likes you lol

I bought on cloud shoes from them saturday and shelly the manager is so helpful, their on line store store charge me with regular price but I ordered it originally with %20 VIP discount and she found a way to do it.

The fact that I have to come back here and write yet another scathing review is shocking. After my last review, a customer agent reached out, I called her only to have them gaslight me that Canada post attempted a delivery that they did not attempt (no camera footage or CP slip left). I was then told that the only way to get my package (two pairs of boots) was to go and pick it up myself. I had them shipped to my house because I do not have a car. The agent then tried to blame the Canada post for the issues when Browns was the one who cancelled my original order from December 26th, failed to contact me, forced me to reach out to them to find out there was an issue, claimed they would ship the order express post and it still has not arrived almost a month later. To add insult to injury they only offered $50 back of a over $400 order which only 10% (less than tax). This company is a sick joke and is rife with unprofessionalism and 0 accountability or intention to make it right. After my phone call two days ago I was told someone would reach out to me and I still have yet to hear anything and still no order. This company is run by greedy sickos who don't care about or customer service once they have pocketed your money. You should be ashamed for running such a greedy shameful business.

The Timberland Premium 6" Boot that I bought didn't do the job as it claimed on its website, such as the waterproof feature. I wore them a few times and stayed outside in the snow for about an hour, but the shoes failed to withstand the water from leaking inside. The entire front of the shoes is wet, making my socks wet. How should I feel about this, blaming Timberland for making poor shoes or Browns for selling poor shoes? What do you think this will do? 2 things would happen for sure: (1) not gonna buy here again and (2) tell others not to buy here again! Cus why, it doesn't worth the money I paid for these shoes.

Bought couture boots and top of boot cracked. Worn only 20 times. No return or refund. Can not recommend as a provider of quality shoes. Bad customer service.

What went wrong? Omg everything clearly you didn’t learn the first time so you’ve now lost more money! Over three hundred and fifty dollars in sales! This is the second time but now it’s your other store B2 shoes in pacific center mall. Again I will point out that you called security on me when all I wanted was a pair of shoes, two none of your shoes are matches, and three they are all for left feet! So who is going to steal mismatched shoes for two left feet? Apparently shopping while disabled is a crime. Well after I speak to the manager in store about this abhorrent disgustingly atrocious and vile behavior I will most certainly never ever be shopping in browns or b2’s ever again anywhere. And you can thank paladin security for the lost sales too. I went to champs at Metrotown and they were appalled by how your customer service team behaved! Did champs call security on me? No, they were kind thorough and answered my questions with honesty and sincerity. They also treated me with dignity respect kindness empathy and humility. A company that you could use some education on how to treat your customers. You’re an absolute disgrace and a disappointment! Imagine if Dustin matarazzo who is famous and has a disability walked in and you did that do him? You’d have really bad press! He’s in the show stranger things. Anyways I just want to say do better because at the rate you’re going, you know what will happen is you will alienate your customers eventually start restructuring file for chapter 11 bankruptcy and close your stores. I can imagine what Benjamin Brownstein would think or imagine if you did that to a black person simply because of their skin color. Wow beyond poor judgment I’m angry but mostly disappointed in you. Oh and don’t worry I most certainly emailed your regional manager Nuri Chan about my repeat abysmal experience in your store. Big mistake big huge mistake I have to go shopping now. Julia Roberts in pretty woman. So bye bye bye. That’s six hundred dollars that paladin security has cost you because I also need a new pair of winter boots and I most certainly will not be buying them from you. Imagine if you lost 600 dollars a day in a month that’s 18000 a month and 220000 in a year but meh if you don’t care well guess what neither do I!

The store has a reasonable selection of shoes. However, the customer service overall is poor. Staff do not appear to know much about shoes and the man who appears to be the manager, sets a poor example. The one exception is the salesperson Lizzie, who is fantastic.

I bough one pair of wishbone shoes colour black -ZARI FLAT, size 6.5- #0132150 with a price of $ 198.00 pair. The shoe is perfect to wear it but the quality of the interior leather is terrible. Wearing three times only, the black paint is coming every time on my heels. How can this be fixed? For a very expensive shoe is unacceptable. The order was on 2025-06-14. Before finding out the trouble I ordered another pair ZARI FLAT colour beige & black, size 6.5, # 0632150 with the same price of $ 198.00.The order was on 2025-07-05. This pair I didn't wear it because I guess has the same problem with the other one.

I purchased a pair of Brooks shoes. They felt ok at the store.I did a walk around my street, and my feet hurt too much.They wont refund me because it was a discount item, so I am screwedIf their shoes are so amazing, how come I can't use them.First time at the store, last time I ever walked in.I will tell as many people as I know about the questionable practice.So much for lack of customer service and the lack of customer satisfaction.If I could, I would give no starts.
