Placed My Order To Only Realize…
Placed my order to only realize Bugatchi website outlines my size is available but Bugatchi customer service emailed me stating my size is NOT available which caused a major inconvenience for me. Look as though my friends and I will find another website to shop for clothes. Customer service received was NOT impressive.

Sizes wear a lot bigger
Sizes wear a lot bigger. No exchange or refund for 50% items. Get your sizes right then. They are at least 2 sizes bigger. I will take the loss, but the brand is crossed off forever.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> I spent over $390 buying 2 polos and a quarter zip. My package was never delivered to me. They claim it was signed for by one of my employees but the person was on vacation the day they claim it was signed for. This is a Bugatchi and UPS, FEDEX, or USPS issue or whoever Bugatchi uses as their parcel carrier. The package was never delivered to my address and there was not a signature for delivery just a name. The parcel carrier could put any name down if they know the name of the person who usually works on the delivery dock, but this person was not at work this day. I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE AND I DID NOT CHOOSE THE DELIVERY CARRIER Bugatchi DID. But I did not get my package and I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT REGARDLESS. That is not right. Bugatchi should resend my product and make a claim to their parcel carrier for the loss that the carrier never delivered not penalize me for their issue. So I am out the $390. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excited at first BUTTTTTTTT
Excited to find such a classy looking shirt for the amount of $$ i spent - $179...more than i used to spend on suits!!! Classic fit covered my belly nicely. (i tried to show link but they do not allow) I noticed though the 100% cotton felt funny but i thought that was the part that made it "unique" and worth the money. But upon trying to get CREASES out of newly wrapped shirt, it did not "Smooth" well at 1st ironing...Then later that evening after an hour's wear, i saw myself in mirror and shirt CREASED UP from car ride and whatever. I WOULD EXPECT CLASS $179 SHIRT TO STAY SHARPER SOMEHOW!

Outstanding customer service!
Upon ordering several hundred dollars worth of clothing from their store online (I believe they were shipped from S Florida location), the gentleman who reviewed the order could see I had made a mistake and would not be afforded a refund (trying to figure out sizing on pants that were on sale/unrefundable). He called me to point this out and saved me quite a bit of money. That is great customer service right there. Thanks, Bugatchi! -- Emile in SC

The worst shoemaker
I bought a Bugatchi shoes discounted from $300+, looks great in photos but when I received the shoes and tried it, i was shocked, this shoe maker knows nothing about shoemaking.although it was supposed to be a more like a sneaker, It was too hard and extremely uncomfortable , and from the first use, I saw brown color of the shoes melting and flows down to the white outsole and getting more and more every hour . That was a nightmare experience and was the last time I wear that shoes.

I ordered a swimsuit on their website…
I ordered a swimsuit on their website and it was delivered to me. I didn’t like the looks of it and I sent it back. They then called me saying I am unable to return a swimsuit. On their website it says free returns right on the order page when I am ordering the swim suit. I would have never order it if it said all sales are final. I am disputing the transaction at my bank as they didn’t refund my money and they sent the item back to me not at my request. Difficult to deal with. Being a high end brand that charges a lot they need better customer service and policies.
