Fantastic Customer/Technical support. You can trust the products and the support behind your purchase. I experienced a one off problem. Adam, this guy is BRILLIANT, took the vast amount of time and effort it took to work through my problem. In the end, he identified the problem and even supplied an alternative part to fix it. Unheard of these days!
Tried of bad business

Basically, I called asking if I could have a set of pads shipped to me the following day. They said they would have to check the warehouse supply. They checked the warehouse supply and said yes I could receive them the following day. In an actuality the warehouse was 40 minutes from my house. When I ask if I could pick them up from the warehouse instead of waiting for the shipment, I was told no that Turn14 who is the distribution center in Indiana does not allow will call pick ups.I received a FedEx shipping number from buybrakes.com that indicated the parts had shipped. Today I checked the shipping number and called the warehouse and was told the parts had not left the distribution center.When I spoke with the representative from buybrakes.com he said I can tell you with 95% surety that you’ll get the brakes tomorrow. That didn’t happen.I would say that buybrakes.com needs to be a little more transparent concerning their supplier and shipping.I find it unbelievable that there’s a warehouse located 40 minutes from my house and it’s going to take them 3 to 4 days for me to get the pads when I could’ve driven there and pick them up.This is the problem with businesses nowadays, the consumer can go to hell they pay their money and they’ll just have to wait for whatever they want. I will not be purchasing any other products from buybrakes.com. I will definitely make sure that if I am purchasing something and Turn 14 is involved I will make sure that I find somewhere else to purchase them.

I wished i had seen these reviews before purchasing. I’m appalled by how poor the service and reviews are on here. (Order #9155036)They did not disappoint to add me to the victim list. I recently purchased a pair of rotors and pads, first time buyers. (10-21-25)Got all excited to retrieve my package. The shipping box was poorly taped with cheap tape. (Free recommendation use Reinforced filament tape). The rotor boxes look like they been to hell and back. To my surprise it was two different rotor boxes, I was like maybe they ran out of box or something. Only thing they got right the pair was left and right. The only reason the pads are the correct ones because it was a drop shipment which they had no control over.Immediately I reached out to the so call support team regarding my discovery with my order, and “J” jumped into action after I told him that I need this issue to be corrected by Friday the latest. We went over the pictures and part numbers and confirmed that I needed a left coated rotor. I got a tracking number, package on the way. Package delivered, wrong rotor. Can’t make this up! I reached out again to share my discovery. “J” sent out a manhunt at their warehouse to find the missing rotor.So I googled their little warehouse cause I was wondering my it taking so long and Amazon warehouse is the size of a city and they find stuff faster. “J” disappeared then appeared at the 13th hour! I told him you have until 14:45 to call off the manhunt because I have until 15:00 to place an order elsewhere to have it delivered Friday.unhelpful “J” returned with a non satisfactory response or resolution. “I am sorry” doesn’t work for me. Offering me future discount is diabolically.This experience has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I value my time and money which makes this situation especially disappointing.Their poor business practice and customer service cost me $101.99 to overnight shipping from another company. They refuse to reimburse same. I don’t recommend this company!

They sent like five emails as soon as I put my order through and took their good old time, sending my order for my brakes. They wanted me to confirm the fitment of my brakes, even though I did not need to. Not my fault other people order the wrong things. Then they tried to argue with me about my own car, that they don’t know anything about. They wanted me to confirm my front brake size when I literally told them I had gray brakes, not blue. That’s all they need to know, and they take an extra 2-3 days after the email was replied to, to ship the order out. May rotors I also ordered on the 7th, left on August 13th. I ordered them on the August 7th, with supposed delivery by the 11th-12th. It is August 14th, and I will not have my rotors and wear sensors until at least August 18th. My car has no front brakes at all because the last set of wear sensors I ordered from them are defective. When I said I would cancel the order, they said they would charge me a 20% restocking fee, and I’d have to pay to ship the stuff back. If I don’t accept delivery, I’m not paying for anything to get sent back. They offer no refund, but make it seem like the customer is the issue when they pretty much waste your time getting parts you need and lie. I swear they do this to buy their suppliers time, and if I have 3 day shipping? How are the rotors that were labeled 2:40pm west coast time, not going to be here by Friday which is 3 days later? Do better. And you definitely lost a customer. I’ve ordered brakes from you three times now and it’s been a headache every single time. Half the time you put in an order and they tell you it was back ordered after they said it was in stock because they don’t update their website correctly.

Purchase: Their web site layout with information, product/kit vs stock performance values and ease of ordering (by credit card or using your Amazon stored payment information) makes this portion of the process very pleasant and easy.

Adam Hume was great to work with; he took the time to discuss options and help customize the right set up for our application. Customer service is top notch, parts were in stock and shipped same day. I would absolutely work with these guys in the future and highly recommend Adam Hume!

Brakes warped after 1 track day. Defective. Too expensive for that to ever happen. Extremely dissappointed.
