I previously loved Peel cases when they…
I previously loved Peel cases when they were made from rigid, structured plastic that snapped tightly into place. Unfortunately, the current version feels noticeably softer and less stable. Within one month, the case became misshapen and began allowing dust and debris inside. That trapped grit scratched and dinged the actual body of my phone.I also contacted customer support about this issue and did not receive a response. Disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of follow-up.

Really excellent customer service
Really excellent customer service. Even though my Amazon-purchased item was damaged and not covered by warranty, they still provided a credit toward a replacement. Very impressive service.

Not Worth the Price
Strange design. Tab wouldn’t separate from protector. I eventually got it to finally separate but then it cracked.

Zero customer service
Nice product but customer service don't seem to want to reply to my requests for replacement case. I submitted 2 tickets on their website just in case something went wrong with the first one I sent but still no luck getting a reply from them. Just want to give a heads up to others who might be thinking of buying from them.

Product not fitting phone properly.
This phone case has become loose around the corner of my phone and easily detaches from the phone. i have completed the warranty form and have received no response - I have emailed and received no response. I had an issue with a previous product purchase and received an immediate response. I guess Peel customer service has declined

ITEM BROKE ON DAY ONE
ITEM BROKE ON DAY ONE. Glad I didn’t drop my phone because this case won’t protect it. Huge crack and sharp plastic. Going back to my Pela case that I’ve had for 3 years. It’s more worn but much better!!!

poor quality, doesn’t fit properly
I bought one looking for the thinnest one on the market. It’s thin, but the quality is not good. It doesn’t fit properly on an iPhone 16 pro, it’s kinda lose, even the type of plastic they are using is not good. I went back too a thicker one and it’s much better. Also it get scratched a lot faster than any other case I had in the past.

Looked cheap and awful
Product was cheaply made and looked awful. Received a refund but the shipping costs (~$18) are ridiculous and non-refundable.
