Delivery Timing can be improved
I ordered a month in advance and the flowers arrived a day late which is frustrating as it cost £7+ for delivery for a specific day - they could improve the delivery service or happy to pay more for timely delivery.The flowers were nice and in good condition for the time of the year.They don't have a working phone number even though they provide one and their customer service is slow at responding by email.In the end, they offered to provide me full refund for the inconvenience.

When a customer becomes a fan
You know you have found a quality florist when they don’t send the flowers you ordered. Unfortunately they were ordered as a gift for Mothers Day. There was a swift apology and Oliver offered an alternative for delivery soon after. I have used other flower delivery services and found variable quality and some genuinely lousy customer service (the one whose initials are FF). When things go wrong and you sort them customers become fans. And I am. Can’t recommend them enough. And the flowers are beautiful
