Order number: FAA24J01Q5221-1QXX8X. I bought a Tablet and barely used it a few times before the charging broke. I can turn it on but the battery won't charge anymore. I complained to the service center but they asked me again for everything I had already sent them. I sent it and they haven't responded. I don't think I'm the only one who will go through this.

I bought a tablet on Cafago.com They say it has 256GB of storage. You can't store more than 120GB on it. It's supposed to have Android 13, but it has Android 12, which is modified to report version 13. Many apps can't be installed. They didn't acknowledge the Cafago complaint, they don't want to refund the money. You'd better not buy anything from them.

Order: FAA24C27G1434-YNVAY0 The elec. shears have blocked and no longer work. On the saw, the chain guide has deformed and expanded, so it does not run and blocks it. Both devices have been used for a maximum of 4 hours since purchase - less than a year the original sticker is still on the scissors. I would like a refund or exchange of the product. Warranty 2 years, complaint less than a year, no response from their side, they completely ignore emails. I sent pictures and videos too.

It was the promt and fast delivery (4days)Quality and price are in very good relation.The only critic of mine is, that they deliverd only one probe for a two chanel osciloscope! Not for the price but for the addicional efords to have be done to became the second probe. But in general I ámhappy with the equipment.

I recently had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Cafago, and I want to warn others about this company's practices. Here's my story:I purchased an RC boat for €565.07 EUR, expecting a high-quality product. What I received was a completely defective item. The cameras didn't work, the winch was faulty, and the boat had numerous operational issues. It was completely unusable for its intended purpose.When I reached out to Cafago for help, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They offered me small partial refunds (€20, €30, then €90) to keep the defective item, which I refused. I was told to return the product for a refund, but they outright refused to cover return shipping costs, leaving me to pay an outrageous €115.68 EUR out of pocket to send the item back to the return address PayPal provided.Adding insult to injury, the package encountered issues during shipping, was returned to me, and I was forced to pay another €10.68 EUR just to receive the defective product back. Meanwhile, Cafago sent a useless video “tutorial” on how to fix the product, well after I had returned it.This entire process lasted months. I had to file a case with PayPal and explain my situation multiple times. Despite Cafago's refusal to cooperate, PayPal eventually ruled in my favor and refunded the full amount. However, I still lost significant time, energy, and money during this nightmare.Cafago’s business practices are unethical, and their lack of accountability for defective products is unacceptable. Based on my experience and similar feedback I’ve seen online, it’s clear they routinely avoid responsibility, leaving customers frustrated and out of pocket.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Cafago at all costs.

Shocking customer service! - my item arrived damaged and had obviously not been packed well - flimsy box and insufficient packing - after I complained, they tried everything to not refund me in full,despite assurances in their warranty statement, and after many e mails back and forth and only after help from Paypal, they finally agreed to a full refund, but would not pay for the return postage - it was to a Hong Kong address, which looked dodgy as it was to a flat, not a business. Postage would have cost me around £40 and after all the hassle I was not prepared to pay that as it was already damaged on receipt and not my fault, so reluctantly agreed to a derisory offer, which then took several days to appear in my account. I will never buy anything from this company again!!
