impossible to cancel or get help

They make it nearly impossible to cancel. the support people are robotic and hard to understand. I have been trying to get answers from them for a while and finally gave up, but can't cancel.

I've used Campaigner now for over a decade. We send about 140,000 emails each month and have experienced minimal issues, good deliverability, and most importantly, excellent customer support whenever we call (which I did today).

Staff at Campaigner

The staff at Campaigner are well versed in their duties and always very helpful for anything I have ever requested. I'm sorry to be leaving as I have since moved and no longer require this access. I was able to send in an email to have myself removed from their distribution listing and it was responded within a more than sufficient time frame. Great team overall and always respectful.

Avoid Campaigner - Extremely Poor Experience

It took over a month of troubleshooting the deliverability of SMS to my phone to find the solution. The UI is subpar and the usage of a toll free number automatically sends texts to Spam folders. After asking for a refund due to the fact that I couldn't use the service, they declined my request and kept roughly $300 and wasted several hours of my time. I would've considered returning to them and referring them if a refund was issued but I strongly believe that Campaigner should be avoided as a whole and the other entities that are a part of their umbrella of entities.

Excellent Delivery and Support

We have had a great experience with Campaigner over the past eight years. Email deliverability has been excellent, and the support team is highly responsive - typically attending to requests within minutes and resolving them within hours.

They try to sell product that does not work and there is no support

First, second, and third — this is a total scam.I have tried the trial three different times, and not once was it able to send a single email. I would say that the support was awful, but that would be generous — what they are actually doing is attempting to run a scam. They never reply to support requests, and what was totally foolish on my part is that I only discovered this now, after wasting three full days.They sell — or rather, try to sell — a product that simply does not work. It cannot even send an email, which is the height of irony since that is literally the only function they are being paid to perform.Then you add the horrible customer service, and you have to ask: what could possibly go wrong?They sell a product that does not work, and they provide zero support — literally zero — when you attempt to resolve the issue. Because they are selling something that does not function, this is a company that should be taken offline. On a good day, they waste your time and energy. On a bad day, they take your money.They do not stand behind this product — but then again, how could they?

The worst

The worst. I tried to cancel an account that had been inactive for years --- 3 times. It was almost impossible and I. hung up once. When I called back, they said that because I hung up (in frustration) the account wasn't canceled. More than $2,000 in bogus charges.

Took my money and did not send my recurring campaign

I had a recurring (on auto pilot) campaign which was not sent out for a year and a half! When I complained, Campaigner emailed me that they had technical issues at the time. They refused to give me a refund. Very poor service. Look at their ratings.
