Slow process
I ordered a pair of shoes on 26/3 on their website but 6/4 still haven’t gotten the shipping confirmation email. Today 7/4 I received a refund from them, so the shoes was actually out of stock.

Disappointed
I ordered a pair of shoes from them and when they arrived on the box had another worn out shipping label to someone else & the “Do not accept if broken” seals were already ripped open. I let customer service know and they agreed it was unacceptable but all they offered was 20% off my next purchase.

DHL were magnificent and delivered my wife’s shoes without a problem, left them in a place out of the site of the road so quite secure. Two pairs of shoes were ordered but unfortunately camper had to cry off on the second pair due to some form of oversight in the stocking arrangements, very disappointed, we’re not interested in any discounts. We just wanted the product, really makes you feel about looking somewhere else.

The shoes I ordered are too small for me but there is nothing at all in the box, apart from a free but unwanted hat which tells me how to make a return.Yodel online seems to be weirdly complicated and Camper give online information which is not relevant.

One of the worst ordering experiences…
One of the worst ordering experiences ever.I ordered some shoes only to find out the next day that there was a free gift I’d missed out on by ordering only a few hours too early. I was advised that Camper would cancel my order, it would be refunded and then I could order again to get the free gift.I did this but then found out they had not cancelled my order and it took days to intervene to try and receive. After nearly a week it got resolved only for the second order to arrive with no gift.Will not be ordering again, incredibly bad comms and just outright lies.
