Whilst ordering on line for an ESIM on line for transfering from O2 to Vodafone they failed to advise that we cant change using ESIM and have to get a physical replacement SIM. Now without any phone until we can get into a Vodafone store.

Carphone Warehouse have sent me a final demand, said I would be disconnected and put in the hands of debt collectors for something we don't have.
About 6 weeks ago Carphone Warehouse, part of Currys agreed a return. Sent us a label and Carphone Warehouse received the returns.I have been sent numerous bills since.Today I got a final demand!They want another months rental for something we don't have - they have received their goods back.No calls were made.Now they are threatening to disconnect something we don't have and put us in the hands of debt collectors.
