Birmingham Carrabba’s on Riverview…
Birmingham Carrabba’s on Riverview Parkway. Had a wonderful Easter lunch. Lamb chops and Chicken Marsala. Both meals were delicious. A great improvement over the last time we had eaten there. Our server, Tika was very attentive to our needs and was great. Very impressed with the positive changes to this Restaurant. Would recommend to all.

SPRITZ IT UP! This dinner was DELICIOUS!!!Party of 11 received outstanding service from our server SETH!So impressed by his special attention to our group. Every course and accompanying drink was brought in quickly.Lots of food to bring home,and also a$10 add on also.Drinks can be opted out,and get points for rewards on Dine Rewards. Highly recommended!!!!!

After five years, and another try, still disappointing as ever!
I haven't been to a Carrabba's in well over five years. I noticed the quality and service started to decline. I ate at the Maumee, OH Carrabba's today and was very disappointed. Outside the men's restroom, there was filthy mop and bucket the was just outside. As I entered the men's room it wreaked of raw sewerage. Not a pleasant way to start your dining experience. I ordered the Chicken Piccata. The was chicken tender and had a mild piccata flavor. My Alfredo side was probably the most disappointing part of the meal. The pasta was soft and mushy. I realize restaurants par boil, and it is difficult to get an "al dente" texture, however, it was actually mushy. The Alfredo sauce was substandard. I don't want to say watered down, but not a thick creamy Alfredo sauce. The portion was miniscule. It came to the table in an oval "monkey dish", on the chicken plate. Three forks and it was gone. Alfredo is considered a "Prime Side" when you make your choice. The meal was $27.98, with the Alfredo. I had the soup with the meal. It was a lentil variety. Very tasty, but barely like warm when it arrived. The service was adequate. Friendly, but not that attentive. Had to ask the server to please remove our empty dishes several times. When it came time to bring a refill on my Raspberry iced tea, twice they brought me unsweetened tea. As I said, friendly, but just didn't seem to be fully engaged. The bread remains delicious.I can honestly say, I will not be returning to Carrabba's, especially for pennies under $28.00. I will add Carrabba's to the ever-growing list of restaurants that do not live up to their past successes. I have become a very good cook!

Family member picked up a to go order…
Family member picked up a to go order at Hendersonville, TN . This was supposed to be a $24 salad with shrimp and scallops.No scallops, no shrimp, just lettuce with a couple pieces of red pepper. Called manager and he gave a partial refund!Poor management!Worst service and food we’ve ever had and we are a frequent customers!Thanks for $2 worth of lettuce!

Great server tonight by J. Ciara at CARRABBAS tonight. Will definitely go back
Our server J. Ciara was fantastic tonight. She was very helpful with the menu , quick on getting our food and desserts to our table in a timely manner. Will definitely go back and hopefully will have her for our server once again.

Carrabbas Implosion
Okay, here’s my honest opinion of what’s happening to Carrabbas…the same meal I’ve got over the years that had a ample helping of food which half I could take home with me has now become a serving of half that amount…and being charged a third more money…the food is good but the changes that are happening with this franchise is why I rarely eat there any longer..two thumbs down…..👎🏽 👎🏽

My favorite restaurant in the Woodlands we don’t have one near me. My anniversary and it was delicious as usual. Service excellent! Alex went way beyond catering to all our needs will be back. Even recommended a new wine we loved.

Delicious lunch at Carrabba's
My sister and I had lunch at Carrabba's in Chesapeake, VA yesterday. It was a very nice experience from start to finish. I arrived before my sister. I was greeted in a very courteous and friendly manner and seated immediately. Our server Tonya was excellent! She was professional, courteous and attentive. Service was prompt and the food was very good. I had the Johnny Rocco salad, which was fresh and tasty. Tonya took great care of us, and we appreciated the outstanding customer service. We'll be back!

Best Waitress ever...had a great time, thank you
Went with family to Carrabba's in Lakeland, to celebrate my mother's 88th birthday....two other restaurants in town wouldn't seat a table of 10, but this place did....food was awesome, restaurant looked clean, but what set it off was our server and her coworkers that all happily helped get us taken care of. They even sang happy birthday....thank you Carrabba's....will definitely eat there again

My server Khari at Carrabbas in Fayetteville, New York, was extraordinary. Attentive. Patient. Friendly. And he was all about hooking us up with warm, crusty, Italian-style focaccia. My wife and I had a delighting dining experience, thanks to him.
