You did not keep your word, my vehicle has a damage transmission and was tow to a local shop, the shop waited 2 days for answers from you in which the shop refused to do any work to the vehicle they said your company was not a responsible one,I when to Whites transmission shop wish they refuse to accept you coverage they said you don't pay the shop my experience is very bad,I now have to pay 2500. Dollars out of my pocket bad experience.

I did not like that I was told for 3 days that you did not receive my receipt from two other reps and the third rep found my receipt on your email which put me back three days and I had rental. But the rep. Said it was y’all fought!!! And she will make sure it is documented so you all can pay for the additional days of my rental. Not 7 days but 10 days. And the long wait for the inspector to come check my car also put me in extended time for my rental. I thank you for your service but the time was not feasible for me!

When I took my car in for repair the ran diagnostics to find what was wrong. I found out that Car Shield would not cover the diagnostics, so I paid only part of the repair. I am being generous with the 3-star rating.
