Refusal to resend receipts/switch card

I used the wrong credit card for a purchase, and Caskers was unwilling to offer any solution. They would not reprocess the payment on a different card, they would not refund the original charge, and they did not provide receipts for the purchase despite multiple requests.

The only thing I think that comes to mind is AWESOME!

The only thing I think that comes to mind when I think of Caskers is totally outstanding company, their selections are off the chain. Their prices are fantastic. Their customer service is awesome. I love shopping there. I have such rare spirits. I’m having such a ball collecting and enjoying and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everything is just awesome and fantastic. Thank God thank God you’re around ha ha ha ha ha ha thank you I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. !!!

BEWARE

BEWARE! I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 bottles of Basil Hayden special red wine cask finished bourbons for a friend for his birthday. First of all, I had to keep checking with them as it was weeks before anything was ever sent. Then they said they did not have it, but it clearly posted on their website that they do and were looking at another source to fill the order, which they already had charged me for. Then when the gift was finally delivered, only one of the bottles was the special blend I ordered 2 of, and they decided to substitute the second bottle with a different blend without asking if this was alright with me. They just sent it. It was only when my friend called to say thank you for the 2 different bottles of bourdon, I asked him to send a photo and saw that they substituted, without my permission, 1 bottle of what I ordered for a different bottle. So I reached out to them the next day via email, and they say someone from their SUPPORT TEAM would reach out. Well that never happened. But in the meantime, they told me in an email to have my friend not open the incorrect bottle of bourbon and to save the box that it was delivered in. So now I am embarrassed and have to ask my friend to do this. Mind you it was a gift. So I called and he said he had to run out to the recycle bin to fetch the box before the trash was removed later that day as it was recycling day. Makes you feel really great to have to ask someone to do this when this was a gift. With a large number of alcohol distributors on the internet to chose from, you would think that they would value a repeat customer, and I am a repeat customer stupidly, and vie for their business with better customer service. The first email was met with a very compassionate bot/person? who said a SUPPORT TEAM person would reach out as I supplied a copy of the original order and photos of the bottles delivered in my email. They then offered if I wanted to speak to a human representative they would make that happen. I decided to be polite and give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for someone from SUPPORT to reach out. After that did not happen, I sent 2 additional emails requesting to speak with a human. Both emails have fallen on deaf ears. So I will reach out to my credit card company with all email threads and documentation. Just wanted to let anyone considering using this company to be aware of the way they treat their customers, and that there are a lot of other options for your business. Horrific customer service.

Don't do it!

Don't do it!! Step away from the buy button unless you want to wait for more than 10 days. The fact that a company in 2026 can't ship sooner, the joke is on us!! Don't do it!

Charged twice - no shipment

I ordered 3 bottles. Received 2, no shipping info for the others - was charged twice - can't contact a person only AI. As a response to Caskers answer - I did reach a person after emailing AI 3 times - twice!! The 1st charge for the split shipment was pending, 2nd went through even though it wasn't shipped (because it was out of stock) - terrible service
