My parcel went on the missing list
My parcel had gone missing from the courier Castore sorted it out so I’m very grateful to them especially Karo Castore do great stuff hence why I placed an order with them and I have complete satisfaction in them and would deffo buy from them again

I’ve been using Castore for a long time this time I made my order and usually the time from the order until the delivery is very quick but this time there was a problem with the delivery people so I contacted castore to inform them what was happening and after initial investigation they reordered again for me as they knew there had been a problem so as well as great products they also have great customer service

I bought Ireland shirt before online…
I bought Ireland shirt before online store and they sent the wrong item. I contacted the customer service but they didn’t reply. After I sent a few messages then I got replied and they said they would give me 25% refund and keep the shirt… they gave me 25% refund and I have never received what I ordered… after that they have never replied.
