I ordered a phone screen cover the beginning of June. Their website says it was shipped. It never arrived. I have emailed, texted, and used their online form more than a dozen times. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I tried each method again and told them I needed either a refund or a screen cover. NO RESPONSE. This site is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. Spend more and use a reputable company.

Cellphone cases offer a 25% discount but you never can apply it to your basket at check out. They keep sending emails but do nothing. You can’t speak to a human being to resolve an issue! Don’t waste your time and money with cellphone cases! They are terrible!

Website is down for a week so far. I wanted to know the refund policy so I can return a case. My fault, I ordered the wrong size. But I still should be able to return for a refund. I think I have been "had."

I ordered and my account debited a cell case.There is no place to track. There emails go unanswered, and there has been a busy signal from their phone for 2 days!I will contact my CC provider and get a refund.

I will never purchase a product from this company again or recommend them to anyone. The cell phone case I ordered for an older iphone was withheld at the post office until I paid them an additional $3.75 in postage! Which means the deal they advertised for free shipping is a fraud. When the bright green case arrived, made in China, it had an almost slimy texture and sickening strong toxic rubber smell that I soaked in bleach for several days to try to eradicate. Some green coloring came off in the water. Can't be healthy to be touching or holding close to your face.

I placed an order with this company for a telephone holster and up to date I have still not received it.I have Emailed the company twice, but both have gone unanswered. Having seen the comments on Trust Pilot, I'm beginning to think I've been " had".

I made my first purchase with these guys in 2017 - I made an error, not the company, but ME. It didn't matter, they made good on the order anyway. I've purchased ALL of my cases for many devices over the last five years and I've been pleased with all the products AND their delivery since then. Granted, they are a little slower than some of the other joints, but their prices are very hard to beat. Unfortunately, my latest order was placed on 10/20/22 and wasn't shipped until 11/1/22. That is almost two weeks. Maybe it's because I didn't buy cases for flagship phones this time? Maybe I've become a little spoiled, but I expected better from these guys. I'll still order my next set from them, and we'll have to see from there... to be continued in the future.

I ordered a cellphone case on September 11, 2022, and still have not received it as of today October 22, 2022. I contacted the customer support on many occasions since then but received no response from the company to date. I will send a letter as a last resort and if there is no response, I will contact my credit card company investigative department and hope that at least I can get a refund. Worse customer support ever! My advice is to buy your phone cases from a more reputable and responsive company.Update: Finally got a response on Nov 4, 2022, after leaving another email. Their answer to me through an email was " Sorry, per company policy we are unable to process refunds or replacements orders with delivered tracking information." I find that response unacceptable. That information was not shown in any policy annotations on their website. This company has shown they do not care about their customers. Again, I warn stay away from this company.
