An impression of pure inefficiency
It is strange to be sent an email from Celtic today (10th April) asking me if I am enjoying my purchase, when I returned the item in question in late March, and the return was received by them on 1st April. I am still waiting for the refund, and can't help wondering if they know what they are doing.

Easy to use website, efficient delivery and prompt refund.Good quality product, but for someone who is 5’ tall it swept the floor - I suspected it might. Designed for giants….Many companies offer (particularly) their dresses in petite ranges - are you likely to follow suit ?

The cardigan is matted and pilling on…
The cardigan is matted and pilling on arrival. Even worse with only one wear. I think they must treat the wool in some sort of chemical in the factory in China. Not what I was expecting. Though I like the color.
