Proceed with caution or not at all
I just returned from my Dec 4–7 cruise to the Bahamas with my Home School group, and unfortunately, I will never book with this company again. The lack of accountability is unbelievable.We were promised $100 for every eight cabins booked—we never received it then again they stayed this would be post cruise so we will see. It’s day 3 of being back nothing yet. I will update if any changes arise. We were also promised a private event, which is clearly stated in writing, yet it never happened. Despite countless emails, we received no response.Several members experienced serious issues due to incorrect data entry, which almost resulted in some not being able to board. I’m still baffled. And to make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge a $25 service fee when they barely provided any service at all.The reason we chose Cheap Cruises was because of their 4.5-star reviews. Maybe we were unlucky with the agent we had—Kay—but communicating with her was like pulling teeth. I left voicemail after voicemail for her team. In the end, I had to call MSC directly, and they were the ones who fixed the issue. I got incredibly lucky, because usually these matters have to go through the planner.Imagine keeping this cruise a secret from my daughter since May for her 10th birthday… only to risk not being able to board because of a data entry error. This was my first mother-daughter cruise, and I wanted it to be special. While we did enjoy parts of it, our planned celebration never happened, and that was heartbreaking.I’m truly disappointed. Our travel agent should consider another career, because this experience was far from smooth sailing—it was catastrophic.

The cruise consultants are the absolute best! They work with you to find the exact trip you are wanting. They don't upsell anything! All calls are answered quickly. All messages are returned promptly. The excursions are well planned. I have booked multiple vacations at the same time and nothing has ever been skewed or screwed! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Will not back a refund on my cruise now…
Will not back a refund on my cruise now that I have financial issues from no job. Rude phone ppl when I asked for a supervisor was told " don't go there" as a threat. They do not honer their insurance coverage. Poor customer service. I was told by Max the phone guy that I have called several times from different number with different story when today was the first time I ever called and was hung up on the first time. I will never use cheap cruises ever again for anything not will I sail with Royal Caribbean.
