Good morning,I only rate the experience as great because of just one of your representatives. Columbus!I was trying to book a flight round trip and in doing so I was not given a confirmation. I did receive a phone call originally and I was asking questions because I was confused about who was calling and where they were calling from and so on. The lady was very demanding, very sharp and I did not appreciate her tone and her demand to talk over me. When I asked her to be polite to stop being so unprofessional and disrespectful she was very combative to the point she told me that I needed to call back when I was ready to confirm my flight, and her then hanging up on me. I immediately called back and spoke with someone that was more decent and told her I actually wanted to just cancel everything with this company. Yet this morning I wake up to 2 missed calls and 2 voicemails. I call again.This is where things had a turnaround.I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Columbus. He really went above and beyond in his conversation and explanation as to how the process works and what actually happened with the price increas and what he could actually offer me moving forward. I ultimately still chose to opt out of anything from your company on this matter. However, I wanted him and your company to know this gentleman Columbus had nothing at all to do with my cancellation. In fact he spoke proper explaining everything in detail, he was very patient with my questions and concerns. I assured him my cancellation had nothing to do with him, he was professional, kind, courteous and extremely patient. I actually told him I wanted to write something about him or a survey for his service. I would like you to understand that Columbus represented your company "CheapFlightFares" in the utmost professional manner possible. Please know Columbus is a gem within your company! Thank you

ABSOLUTE SCAM RAN AWAYTHEY LET ME BOOK A RESERVATION AND AFTER IT WAS PROCESSED THEY SAID THIS WAS A “STAND BY” TICKETS. IN ORDER FOR THE AIRLINE TO CONFIRM THE FLIGHT I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $170 - $100 TO CANCEL SCAM SCAM SCAMM. PLEASE STAY FAAAAAR WAY FROM THEM

I tried to book a flight with them and was having trouble with the payment, so I asked their customer service to cancel my booking (yeah you cant do that yourself so there's your first red flag), the guy kept asking me weird questions about the payment card and I kept politely declining the information feeling uncomfortable, and somehow HE WENT INTO MY BOOKING INFO AND GOT MY CARD INFORMATION AND STOLE 200$ FROM ME. And their response when I reached out to report him was pretty much "not our problem". DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM

We booked 2 roundtrip tickets. A couple of hours later we get a call indicating that they oversold. We were pressured to pay 25% more for flights on different dates and times that did not work.. Seemed like a scam using pressure tactics to get more money. We told them to cancel and refund. They did not confirm account for refund. We believe we got scammed.

We flew to Virginia from Colorado for my daughter to have surgery. Unfortunately, she had to have a second emergency surgery a week after the first one. We originally planned to return home in two weeks, but had to postpone due to the emergency surgery. I called to change our flights, and was told I would have to pay an additional $1200 plus fees. I called United directly, was able to change my flight, and ended up getting a 640.00 refund. This place is a scam. I originally booked thinking I was going through CheapOair, but did not pay attention when booking through this company. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the first and last time I will buy tickets from you. I believe what you do is a rip-off: you advertise cheap tickets, but in the end, you charge the same amount as the standard airline—or even more—and force you to take a connecting flight, whereas if you booked directly with the airline, you could fly nonstop at a more affordable price.
