Oven-Easter Dinner
When I called about my repair it only took a day for the repairman to come service my oven. This was very fast and appreciated being I needed the oven to cook Easter dinner.

Very hard to get a person to talk to…
Very hard to get a person to talk to other than sales or submitting a claim. I called two numbers that had no options for customer service. I finally tried one more number and reached a helpful person and got everything done I needed in billing issues.I hope they soon have a way to see multiple properties on one login.

This time...
This time, things went great! Triple C Repair came out very quickly to diagnose the issue. It took a few days to receive the part but once it was available, it was installed. My dryer is working beautifully!

No help in really resolving the issue
No help in really resolving the issue. Try to discuss with the claim rep, but they will not assist at all, paying for something and getting nothing. They want you to do their job. Keep calling to rersolve issue to no avail. Save your money go with another company.
