Poor show..
Ordered important diabetes testing kit with 3 day delivery. Good deal so was pleased with the price. Payment was taken immediately, but no delivery after the 3 days. Website says to use whatsapp for quickest response - however 2 days of messaging and no reply (other than to say they'll get back to me in 2 hours). Called to speak to someone, only to be told they're all at dinner! Called back later and finally got hold of someone that could help. Apparently a national shortage and they don't have any in stock(everywhere else seems ok though!)- Promised me they'd e-mailed to say that, but they hadn't. Offered a refund (which will take 5 days!). So, now I have to spend more money on next day delivery with another seller. Poor show.
