Absolute nightmare – CLEARLY should not be trustedI ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses and every single one was faulty. I contacted CLEARLY multiple times, sent clear photos of the broken lenses, and never received a refund—just a hollow “sorry.” Their customer service is completely useless, and their product quality is unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed. Do not waste your money on this company.

I had a great experience ordering my contact lenses from this company! The delivery was super fast, which I really appreciated. Their customer service was also excellent.On top of that, I even received a little gift with my order, which was such a nice and thoughtful surprise. It definitely made the experience even better!I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again.

I purchased contact lenses. My health insurer reimburse me as long as the receipt shows what I purchased. The receipt send by Clearly only stated I purchased contact lenses but not how many boxes. My insurer requires a bit more information than that. I tried to contact Clearly to ask for a more informative receipt. They have three ways of contacting them: 1) phone (no answer despite numerous attempts), 2) email to customer service (they never respond) and 3) chat with their customer support (whatever I write the chat immediately close with "Your conversation has ended"). I warn Australians from using Clearly.
