In October 2025, I inadvertently ordered Canon 25 instead of Canon 26. Got permission (via email) from Clickinks to return the Canon C-25 which was $77, was brand new in original package. I followed Clickinks' specific return instructions. I paid the postage and even have a receipt. from US Postal Service. Clickinks just will not credit me a $77 refund. Phone numberis bogus....no one will answer my emails. So I returned the brank new package worth $77.00 as per their instructions, but they did not refund my credit card...and no one will answer my emails regarding this matter. What kind of company is this?

Ordered 4 ink cartridges, all listed as "in stock" on the website. After 7 days, and 3 emails, I finally received tracking info. Upon notification of delivery, my package arrived with ONE cartridge, not the 4 I ordered (and PAID for up front BEFORE shipping). Upon notifying the company that I received only 25% of my order (the other items "became unexpectedly out of stock"), I was notified that I would not be refunded for at least 7-10 days as their "finance team is currently very occupied". This has been, top to bottom, an awful and un-trustworthy experience.

The print cartridge for my Brother printer was damaged when I received it. I'm quite certain the problem occurred through shipping because the box containing the cartridge was damaged on one end. I wrote the company to request a replacement, and a new cartridge was sent to me. It came quickly and was intact. I was treated with helpful consideration, and the problem was solved. I intend to continue my business with this company.

Order was placed and charged to my card, nothing shipped & no response from the company with multiple emails & dm's sent, The absolute poorest customer service. Stay away from this company.

Cartridge not only produced poor quality prints with numerous lines and in white areas and lines of inconsistent ink coverage in shaded areas. Cartridge lasted through only 150 pages; company claimed this was normal. Customer service is a joke. Highly recommend that you shop elsewhere with a more reputable firm

I had a bad ink cartridge. Brand new out of the box which printed stripes on my printed page. I had another ink cartridge and replaced the ink cartridge. The next ink cartridge worked fine. I called to get a replacement but since the new ink cartridge out of the box was a defective ink cartridge was a year old clickinks.com would not replace the defective ink cartridge. I will not be buying anymore from clickink.com. I recommend no one does.

I ordered a drum for my Brother printer. When I received it, it did not work on my printer although the product description says it is compatible. I called the Customer Service line. Moe helped me and had the full price refunded to me. I will continue to use Clickinks services because they have wonderful customer services.

I ordered remanufactured cartridges. My printer could not recognize the cartridges. I tried calling for help and all I got was extremely anxious because their online system reminded me every 5 seconds about how important I am and how someone will get to me as soon as possible. One time I was on hold for over 8 minutes. Another time I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I emailed and got a request to send pictures of the cartridges and the error message as if I am too STUPID to know what the error message actually said or what cartridge I actually needed. The Chat option didn't work. I've been at this all day with NO RESOLUTION! I asked to return the cartriges. If I have to have a Return Authorization. EVEN IF I DO GET TO RETURN THE ITEMS I MIGHT NOT GET A REFUND (ALMOST $100) FOR A MONTH! You better believe I won't order from Click Ink again.
