Estimated delivery was 13th March it’s now 16th March, 9 days after the order was placed with no sign of my order being delivered and no update from Coggles.Poor customer service

My return was lost and no updated provided for a month - I am left with no bag, no refund. I have purchased Balenciaga Monaco bag on Coggles in November 2025, after wearing it a couple of times the threads holding the handle together started to come off. I wrote to customer support asking what I should do, and that I would like the replacement - customer support advised that I should send the bag for inspection and provided return form. I have sent the bag in the end of January, on 06.02.2026 I have received DHL notification that the order was delivered. There was no further communication, and in the end of February I got in touch with coggles customer support to receive an update on the case - I received an answer that nothing was received and request to provide proof of delivery on 26.12.2026 - sent it - no response. Right now I am trying to receive any kind of update except automatic email responses - unsuccessfully.

I contacted Coggles on 24th February regarding an issue with a bag I had previously purchased online. I received a reply from Amanda asking for some further information, which I provided immediately. However, since then I have had no response. I followed up again a few days later, which was now a week ago, and I still haven’t heard anything back. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service.

Three months of chasing and complete silence. A premium A.P.C. bag failed after light rain — entirely normal use — and Coggles have refused to engage or take responsibility. Multiple emails ignored. No resolution, no accountability, no customer service whatsoever. For a retailer selling high-end brands, this is unacceptable. Once they have your money, they simply disappear. I would strongly warn others to avoid.

Don’t buy anything at all from this awful awful company. They will quickly take your money and the moment there is an issue they will become invisible. No contact number, no email aside from a faceless customer email that doesn’t respond. A faceless, corrupt company run by a CEO appointed out of pure nepotism.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience trying to return a faulty item to Coggles. I purchased an expensive toaster, and after very light use the center grills have stopped working completely. It’s clearly a manufacturing fault, and I’ve simply asked for an exchange or a refund as warranty should still cover the product.I contacted customer service over three weeks ago and initially received one reply asking for my order number. Since then, despite following up every week, I’ve had no further response at all. I’m now stuck with a faulty product and no communication from Coggles.I’m posting this here in the hope that someone from the team will finally pick this up and help resolve the issue. I just want a working product or my money back.

I’m trying to return an item that doesn’t fit but cannot access the returns form ? The message when I try the help button tells me it’s no longer in use ? Can’t contact anyone ! Won’t be buying or recommending Coggles in the future . I’m getting the impression they are making it very difficult to process a return . Smacks of a con ! Do not use this company ! Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing .

Avoid at all costs. Returned one item due to sizing, refund agreed, never sent. Returned a second item as faulty, they agreed and promised a refund, but again never sent. They are completely ignoring any follow up or chasers. No way to get hold of the company other than by email, so if they choose to ignore you there is nothing you can do. It's been weeks, and nothing, and they owe me nearly £200. Avoid avoid avoid.

Coggles were great before they became part of the Fraser group. Now they are terrible! The whole returns process is designed to make it impossible to return an item. 1. The website returns portal does not recognise my order ID. It’s now been 4 days the the system still will not allow me to process a return. 2. There is no way to contact anyone from Coggles to help. 3. If I do succeed in processing a return there is a return fee of £4.99. 4. Unlike other retailers the return packaging is not re usable. I advise anyone reading this NOT to use Coggles or Frasers group.

Great selection of products and prices but as soon as you want to return something or speak to customer service, there is no support!The returns portal on the website does not work and says orders cannot be found. I’ve been emailing the customer service team for over 3 weeks - no automated messages re response time, no actual response and no phone number to reach anyone on. For a website that sells expensive goods, I find this appalling and it’s truly put me off buying anything from here in the future.
