Cold Stone in Pleasanton, Ca was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I telephoned. the phone menu said u must order online. I just wanted information to help me decide what to order. The person that answered did not have much English.he could not or would not tell me about the menu to assist me. He just kept iterating pick up or order online. I called baskin-Robbins.

Honestly, this is some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time, although it's quite pricey.You can tell they use high quality ingredients, the texture is incredibly smooth and dense, not airy or icy. I tried the mint flavoured and it was perfectly balanced, not cloyingly sweet.

My husband and I were at the Coldstone Creamery in Homewood. When we walked in we saw one young man working. As I watched his demeanor he was very cordial with the customers. When it was our turn, his demeanor was no different. I told him what an amazing employee he was. This wonderful young man’s name is Cordell Hilton. I will be back most definitely.

the owner is horrible from the way he treats his staff(kids) to the way he keeps the store. the owner has treated me personally terribly while I worked there. at first I loved my job and making ice cream for people and helping people out, but as time went on I couldn't take how the owner treated not just me but everybody.

If I could give zero stars I would! If your teen/young adult is looking for a job DO NOT have them apply at the new Cold Stone Creamery in Freehold, NJ!! The owner (Abhi) is demeaning, rude, and completely disrespectful to his employees. He is unsupportive, unhelpful and has zero effective communication skills! There have been multiple employees who have quit as well as parents having to come and speak to him about his unfair, poor treatment of the staff. He not only lost a conscientious , caring and responsible employee (my daughter) but us as customers as well!

I tried to order the $50 gift card online to get the promotion they offered which was an additional $15 e card. Their website would not allow me to purchase anything. I tried around 25 times. I called customer service where a rep took my info and said someone would follow up. She also gave me a non-working phone number for customer service and a phone number to get help with gift cards. That woman was rude and didn't help me at all. I emailed multiple times and had to beg for help. I was finally offered 2 free Love it sized ice creams but that doesn't help with my gift I needed to purchase.

I purchased a large size cake from Fishkill NY for a birthday and when I went to eat my piece, there was a long hair sticking out of it still stuck in the inside part of the cake. Clearly fell in there while the cake was being assembled.It was disgusting. I can’t believe I paid that much money for a cake that had someone’s hair in it. I called Customer Service to let them know and no one even responded to me. I was told to leave a message with my phone number and name and the call was never returned.

My 15-year-old daughter worked at the Jeffersonville, Indiana, location for a short time, and we unfortunately had several concerning experiences. During her employment, her schedule was inconsistent and frequently changed with little notice. She was often called in on days she wasn’t scheduled or asked to switch shifts unexpectedly, which made it difficult for her to plan around school and family responsibilities.On one occasion, she was left alone in the store despite being new and still learning the job, which made her uncomfortable and concerned for her safety. We spoke with the owner afterward, and while she apologized, the situation should not have occurred in the first place—especially with a minor.Additionally, the required hiring paperwork and documentation for a minor were never completed or requested, and she did not receive the kind of training and guidance we expected for someone her age starting their first job.I’m sharing this to help other parents and young workers be aware of our experience. I hope the store can improve its communication, scheduling practices, and oversight for younger employees moving forward.

This place is amateur hour! Service was slow and i asked for Rocky Road and got chocolate ice cream and nothing else! Flavor and texture is weird. Save yourself the trouble and stick with Haagen Daz. Its much better.
