Veronika was absolutely awesome
Veronika was absolutely awesome. My situation was a bit complicated, returning an item from the U.S. and having many questions. I am so glad I landed with Veronika. She answered my many questions very promptly and was so friendly that she made me feel just that way...like friends. I would definitely take her out to lunch to thank her if we didn't live in different countries.

I was able to find the exact colour shirt made with the material that I was searching for quite a while.The level of satisfaction I had when I opened the package and saw the colour was exactly just how envisioned it and the outfit was now complete was tremendous

The Support is wonderful and the lady…
The Support is wonderful and the lady was very very nice! The only thing: it’s a bit upsetting, that there is no way to change or update the order within some hours. In my case I got only confused with the size on one item. As a result the whole order needed to be canceled. And I need to wait for the refund until, I can order again. Otherwise the support is great.

Great product and service.
Great product which sadly didn't fit and the courier return in Ireland was such a bad service (GLS are awful) that I gave up trying to return it. Eden in customer service was superb though and organised a refund. First class service and product let down by an awful courier service. They are moving to An Post and the sooner the better.
