Late shipping. Wrong product. Ghosted by customer service
After my order sitting a solid week before being shipped, they sent the wrong product. A $40 roll where my order was over $100.I cannot get in contact with anyone. They have not responded to several messages. They have not answered their phone even once. Its been days and not a peep from them. If it was just one of these things, no problem, thing happen. But, they didn't ship it for over a week. They sent the wrong product, and then they ghosted me.

One of two orders arrived. The fabric is beautiful!!
I got a response about an order that got delayed!The second order arrived first. Nice fabric! I was worried that there might be an error, but it was accurately packed...exactly what I ordered!Now, anxiously awaiting the second!! I was sent a tracking number just today!! :)

Exceptional customer service from…
Exceptional customer service from Connecting Threads! They kindly replaced fabric after I misread the kit instructions, and when USPS lost that shipment, they sent another replacement right away. I'm very grateful. The fabric is gorgeous, and I'm excited to complete my quilt.

A mixed review
Connecting threads has good quality, pretty fabric. As a retired person, living on a fixed income I usually shop for clearance fabric and unfortunately their clearance fabric section is still expensive when compared with most other sites of this ilk. I rarely shop for fabric on this site. I do purchase most of my thread thru them and that is very affordable with many beautiful colors available. It does however create a lot of lint!

I love this store
I love this store. I don't buy much fabric these days because I have a huge stash that I am working from. I recently decided to use one of the fabrics that I purchased at connecting threads This fabric is one of their fabrics and it is VERY GOOD quality. I am always so happy with the quality of the connecting threads brand fabrics. Always a good weight and silky just like the most expensive brands, but for a reasonable price. The customer service is second to none. I was once shipped the wrong fabric and upon calling, they corrected it very quickly and with no hassles.

I was short 1 item but was charged for…
I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.

I received some really badly cut…
I received some really badly cut yardages. I emailed customer service and received no reply. Very disappointing.
