CORINTHIA LISBON OFFERS THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have travelled all over the world as a Google and Trip Advisor Travel Blogger. However, The 5 Star Corinthia Lisbon Hotel is one I shall always return to, due to it's Unique way of their hospitality! Everywhere I go I do not reveal myself and therefore enjoy observing hotel services. When I arrived at this hotel, their Exquisite Customer Service, started with their Concierge Team, whose Welcoming Smiles made me feel at Home. The Reception Team were Attentive and Calm, making checking in easier than any other hotels I have visited. I was on the 16th floor in this 24 hotel floors and yet Housekeeping Services came and cleaned my room Twice a day!. Even when I didn't need anything, they still gave me chocolates! The Ambiance of the rooms was out of this world. The Best Hospitality Service came from their Front Service Manager, Mr André Monteiro, who upgraded my access to The Sky Lounge on the 24th Floor, where I had the opportunity to enjoy the Breathtaking Views, whilst enjoying Champagne and Very Memorable Dining Experience. Special Thanks to their Service Member of Sky Lounge named Daniel, who worked tirelessly with a Smile and a down to earth attitude throughout my stay, as well as Miguel, from the Concierge Team. The Spa which I was informed is one of the Best in Europe was Unbelievable! I could go on and Praise the whole members of stuff at Corinthia Lisbon, as there was no one who was miserable at work but the Warmth and Great Customer Service! I will definitely come back every year including my family to this Beautiful hotel. Thank you so much for your Amazing Service. You Definitely shall see me soon! Abrigado👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My review is of the Northall Bar ...
My review is of the Northall Bar which is my favourite bar in London. Beautiful, stunning room with huge windows but why it is so special are the staff who are a winning blend of professional and friendly. Shout out from Saturday early evening drinks to Emanuele and Harry. Only gripe - please bring back the pepper biscuits as they are part and parcel of the bar! Only other place that serves them is No 1 Aldwych which is also a top favourite for the same reasons.

Afternoon Tea
My friend and I had a wonderful afternoon tea yesterday at The Corinthia Hotel London, celebrating our 60th birthdays! The food, tea choice and service were really special! Our waitress Inesa was attentive and friendly and helped us choose so many lovely teas! A big thank you to her! The sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious and there was so much choice! The atmosphere was relaxing with a pianist playing beautiful music in the background and the central chandelier was spectacular! We would definitely come back! Thank you everyone for making our afternoon so special!

We have just returned from our third visit to Malta, and the second staying at The Corinthia, San Anton.The hotel where the Corinthia brand started epitomises the excellence for which Corinthia Hotels are known for.For anybody staying in Malta, if you want great accommodation, wonderful staff, great amenities, good food - this hotel is for you.

Magical Memories
My wonderful friends Kelly and Laura, treated me to afternoon tea at Corinthia London. The whole experience was truly lovely. The food, the service and attention to detail was superb. A special thank you to Ines, our waitress, who was friendly, attentive and informative which made the whole experience even more special. I mustn’t forget Roger the pianist who was also very friendly and entertaining.Thank you Corinthia for making my day so memorable.

I had the lovely opportunity to experience the Corinthia Hotel, in particular the ESPA life Spa. The staff was so lovely and kind. The facilities were incredible. Its an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to relax and treat themselves.

Amazing staff
My wife treated me to lunch at the Corinthia in London. We ate in the Northall restaurant on Saturday the 18th January 2025.The food was amazing in both quality and quantity. Excellent choice and the restaurant was beautiful.However what made the experience most memorable was the staff, they were very friendly, helpful and most of all professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking an enjoyable dining experience.
