If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I purchased a MM350 Pro for my son for Christmas. When he opened it, he realized it was too large for his desk. I procrastinated, but in January I began the ridiculously elaborate procedure to return the item. I have never had to go through so much to return an item, but I thought, oh well. I'll get my money back. Oh no. I didn't get my money back; they sent me the same item back. In the midst of this, we had a death in the family, so I had other things to deal with. When I went to try to return this item, they told me the time to return it had expired. Well...if they had refunded me my money when I requested it, the time wouldn't have been expired. I absolutely would buy nothing from this company. As I said, if I could give them less than a star, I would.

Best customer support I have ever had. They guided me through the RMA process with no issue, they were kind and were consistent; I was never left "waiting", they actually helped me and would but again just because I now know their RMA is great. 10/10.

Matthew B. and Blake B. provided the best customer experience ever. I purchased a Virtuoso RGB headset in January 2026 for my job at home, and unfortunately, it fell and broke. I contacted Corsair, asking if they ship to my Country cuz I just wanted to buy a replacement, and to my surprise, Blake and Matthew offered me a replacement using my warranty instead! I just wanted to buy it lol I didn't know I could request a replacement; it's just awesome! Thank you so much for all your help during the process and for always being on top of this. I really appreciate it. Keep crushing it!

Excellent customer service!After one of my ram sticks failed, I was reminded by a friend about Corsair's warranty coverage. After confirming my product was indeed covered, I was not only surprised to find out that I'd be getting a slight upgrade (since my current kit has been discontinued) but I also got an advanced RMA which helped reduce my system down time. Raton S. was the Technical Support agent that helped throughout the whole process and he was fast to act, quick to respond, and carefully explained what needed to be done every step of the way. Would recommend!
