I ordered with a coupon code that…
I ordered with a coupon code that showed valid right up to the point before submitting the order. It reflected a lower price (including the coupon), however, when I hit Pay the coupon went away and I was charged for the full amount.I immediately called the company and was told they would forward to another department. I requested either they honor the code or cancel the order. Mind you, this was within their 4 hour cancellation policy.I never received a cancellation email and they charged me in full.

The dress was exactly what my daughter wanted! The price was amazing! I was struggling to pay for the dress at the mall and decided to screen shot it and see where else I could find it. The delivery was super fast also!!!

From the moment I saw that CoutureCandy had the SoulMates 3 piece silk outfit I was looking for, for my daughter’s wedding I was thrilled. Everything was so easy! Easy online ordering and I received it so quickly. More beautiful in person than the advertising. A couple of days ago I received a call to see if I was satisfied! Excellent customer service as well! I look forward to ordering many items from them in the future!! And did I say it was also on sale! Great pricing!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter
I ordered a dress for my daughter. After receiving it she decided she didn’t like it. We promptly requested a return and shipped it back. Couture Candy worked with us to return the item and we agreed upon a 15% restocking fee and then refund to the original payment method. This was satisfactory for both of us.
