Not Worth It
Awful customer service - must’ve called me like 6 times to faff about arranging a delivery - just get on with it, especially if you aren’t going to bother to be friendlymirror arrived with no instructions for mounting and some very poor fittingsnot worth the price

Excellent customer service
I ended up returning the item due a defect, but I can’t fault the customer service I received from the people I spoke to throughout the process including both Qaiser and Baha. The responses were quick, efficient and friendly. Both delivery and collections were arranged promptly. I find this quite rare these days. I was really impressed with their level of service.

Zoya went above and beyond
Zoya went above and beyond to resolve a return issue we had once we realised our electrician was not able to fit a particular light we had bought. It is nice to deal with someone who is patient and willing to help when things don't go to plan. Thanks Zoya -great service.
