No free jump without paying
The rope itself is amazing. Its just ridiculous that you can't use the app and free jump without having to pay a subscription.Something about milking a cow(customers)?

I am highly dissatisfied with the…
I am highly dissatisfied with the support and resolution provided by Crossrope. After submitting a warranty claim for an issue with my AMP handles, the claim was denied. The recommended solution from the support team was to purchase a replacement AMP Battery.However, I discovered that the replacement AMP Battery is unavailable for purchase or shipment to France, making the proposed solution completely unworkable for a customer in this region.When I raised this issue, the support's alternative was to offer a 20% discount on an entirely new set of AMP handles. This is an unacceptable solution. I should not be forced to buy a full product replacement, even with a discount, when I only need the single spare part that they recommended.This experience highlights a significant limitation in Crossrope's customer support and logistics. When a simple, recommended spare part is not available to a customer in a major European country, and the only alternative is an expensive, unnecessary upgrade, it severely diminishes confidence in the brand and any future purchases. I still require an actionable solution for acquiring the replacement AMP battery in France. Future customers should be aware of these support and inventory limitations.

KATHY JUMPS BEADED ROPE THUMBS UO
I got the kathy jumps beaded rope and splash mat and it's the best rope I've ever had after years of snapping pvc, wire and beaded ropes from other brands and the wear giving me metal splinters and the degradation affecting the quality of the skipping, this is perfect. It turns out I could stack the tricks beautifully, it was my previous ropes at fault and this is perfect and so ergonomic, handles and all. BEST ROPE EVER!

Don't buy their AMP handles (Bluetooth ones) - it's completely a SCAM. You have to pay a yearly subscription for their app (which costs the same as the handles themselves) and you cannot return these handles. Also, their app doesn't work if you don't want to share your location, it's just a SCAM + that stole your private data.You still can buy regular ones, but do you want to with that approach to their clients? It's up to you.

A great investment if you’re an introvert like me
I’ve been using the ropes for over a year now and it has improved my cardio health by so much and didn’t even notice I was improving. A lot of the training sessions are so easy to follow, but can get soooo intense. The price is a point of contention for a lot of people but honestly, as someone who does not want to go to the gym, and need direction on what to do, this is an amazing investment instead. There are different workouts to do everyday, and if you want to, you can join challenges and get competitive with other users. The Bluetooth handles have lasted me some time now and I haven’t had any complaints about them. They can handle the different rope weights very well and are fairly accurate in counting. The ropes have obviously been used up a little, but provided that I use them daily, it’s to be expected + I’m surprised they’ve lasted this long.

Simply the best
I have been using interations of the Crossrope jump rope for as long as I can remember. It has been more than a fitness tool - it’s been a companion through injury rehabilitation, my favorite travel buddy, and has allowed me access to an amazing community of jumpers. The product is top notch, the technology is wonderful and useful and exactly what you need to stay motivated. I jump rope daily and highly recommend the Crossrope for all levels of fitness!

Highly recommend …
I’ve been using Crossrope for a year and a half now and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life. AMP has motivated me to work harder, set and meet goals, and work muscles differently than other types of exercise. I’ve lost weight and built muscles that I haven’t seen since my 20s. For the first time I actually look forward to my daily workouts and love seeing my progress through the app. Highly recommend the amp set!!
