The French Cuff Connection.
Customer service is always top notch and the products are superior.Only one problem, when buying a 17 x 36 slim shirt. French cuffs are not available and now I have to order a custom shirt. Very annoying and expensive.

Vexatious advertising literature
No matter what you do, send emails or refuse sales literature, when you order, Charles Tyrwight constantly sends you printed mail shots. I will not purchase from them again.

Absolute garbage company
Absolute garbage company. Promised next day delivery. I received an email sayin going to be delivered now in 5 days. They admitted to using Amazon as a partner for shipping. Customer service in Africa apparently. Very rude staff. Won’t be using again that’s for sure - **update-** details sent you asked for! Second update ** thanks for the reply! A refund to my original card would be helpful. I am going on holiday in the morning at 10:00 I leave. The items will not be delivered until Wednesday according to tracking. This will enable me to get the items whilst I am away on holiday. Please let Me know if you can arrange this.

Virtual Nonsense and Greenwashing
I have always been keen to recycle garments and so I was pleased to see that Charles Tyrwhitt has a shirt recycle scheme and one ostensibly offering £5 off a new shirt for every old one donated. On two occasions, I took a total of 15 shirts to my local branch at London Bridge. On both occasions, I left with the understanding from two different assistants that my CT online account would be updated where such credits could be found and used against future online purchases, as I was unable to stay and shop on each occasion. However, no such credits were ever made. Indeed, the only change that I have witnessed has been the deletion of my order history from my long standing online account. Consequently, I engaged with the CT Virtual Assistant to follow up on my experience. This was a tedious, frustrating and time-consuming exercise. It concluded with me requesting the Bot to contact the CT Complaints Department to treat the chat thread as a complaint given how unsatisfactory the experience had been. The Bot acknowledged this request. Despite this fact and my one star review left following the experience with the CT Virtual Assistant, nobody from CT ever contacted me. This leaves me with the impression that Charles Tyrwhitt are not prepared to deal with complaints, nor desire to improve their service. Nonetheless, I have always found the staff in the CT stores to be very pleasant and helpful, however, my experience with the CT Virtual Assistant was awful and I’m left with the impression that the CT shirt recycle scheme smacks of Greenwashing.

Charles Tyrwhitt stands behind their product / shirt. Customer service is the best in resolving a quality control issue. Very satisfied band would recommend purchasing their products. No ironing required.

Easy and long return window
I've been lazy and didn't send a return(exchange) from January until today, in April. I couldn't find the label or instructions, so I went onto their site and messaged customer service. They were right on top of it, sending me the label and instructions, also confirming when I asked that they did have the exchange sizes that I had originally requested in January. Very pleased with the experience
