Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a new phone from a sales consultant called Jose at Derby Kingsway who was very customer service focused.The whole experience from recomendation of product sales and order procedure thru to set up of my new phone was amazing.I would definately recommend you to seek him out if you want good service.

Great customer service
I had purchased a new ipad mini which turned out to be faulty.I went to my local Currys to see what i could do and the young man serving me was so kind and very helpful. I was so happy with the outcome of my problem.

Pointless floor staff.
They had a small model of fridge that fitted a small spot in my kitchen. My fridge had died so it was urgent and an unusual size. Sales staff said it could not be delivered before Christmas - which was two weeks away. I live 1.5 kms away from the shop. They only alternative was for me to take the floor stock and carry it myself. Terrible service. I've bought from Currys for years. Not anymore,.

Washing machine damaged
Washing machine , was damaged, not noticed until delivery men had left. Rung customer services , first time was told to ring back for exchange next day, as didn't come up on their system.Rung today, customer advisor was not helpful, said we had to send them video, but as we are older generation, said we couldn't do that , he then cut us off.Would not recommend using them.
