Deception Pricing of on-line order

Ordered on line cake. When I went to the store they wanted more money. When I asked HQ they deferred and said take it up with the store. Really? It is their online service. Birthday cake with balloons and they wanted more money$13 for the $41 cake. Almost 1/3 cost of cake. I told them to take it off. If the store does not honor the cake priced they should not participate.

There was one car ahead of us

There was one car ahead of us. Already at the pick up window. After that car left we waited by the order speaker another TEN MINUTES . Nothing. We pulled up to the pick up window and could see a man doing things at a register. Ignoring is. No customer at the counter either. Another five minutes goes by and no acknowledgment we are there so my husband said ‘ looks like we are going to Sonic. It was so busy!!! Lots of customers. It was my first time driving through San Saba and I see the locals know where to avoid and where to go.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to a Dairy Queen location. I attempted to redeem a shake using my points, but the staff declined, stating that my points card appeared to be a screenshot.While I respect that policies may restrict the use of screenshots, I was concerned by the manner in which this situation was handled. The employees were unprofessional, dismissive, and did not provide a clear or respectful explanation.I kindly request clarification on your policy regarding digital rewards and ask that appropriate steps be taken to improve customer service at this location.

I ordered a chicken salad which is almost $9. It has little chicken not much else but lettuce. The salads before had bacon more cheese than I got this time. Needless to say I won't be buying that again.

Dairy Queen Incompetence

I had ordered a normal chicken basket and when I had got home ( I live less than 7 minutes) my food was completely and I mean completely cold, my gravy was barely even filled up halfway with one of those tiny little cups - halfway, if not less - and my chicken tenders looked liked they had been sitting out for days. If I would’ve ate this I would’ve gotten sick. I then called over 3 times- no responses- and on the 4th I finally got someone on the phone. The manager then gave me complete attitude, said they make their food fresh so this is impossible, which is a lie, and offered no solution. She acted like I was in the wrong and when I asked if there was anything to do she said nope and then hung up on me. Please no one give these sick people your hard worked money. These people are a joke. The last time I got ice cream a teenager threw her cup at me and then got a stank face with me like I had done something to her. These people do not care about their jobs and treat it as a joke. I took a pictures of all of this if anyone needs proof. The night time manager needs fired. She is a complete joke and waste of a job from someone. They all of their vapes out and phones the whole time. There was no offer to remake my food or even see what the problem was. This manager is full of incompetence and terrible snark attitude.

I am very much disappointed from their chocolate cake .We purchased chocolate cake on March 22,2026 , firstly it was very hard ,my daughter was not able to cut it then I placed it in fridge on the very next day the the whole cake was melted in the fridge .Be Aware

Melty Blizzard and slow service

I ordered a classic Blizzard, but it was practically liquid by the time I got it, which was a huge disappointment. The line moved very slowly and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed, making for a frustrated visit.

Disturbing diary queen case.

I never thought a simple trip to Dairy Queen would turn into something I still can’t fully explain. It started normal—the bright menu boards, the hum of the soft-serve machine, the cold sweetness of a towering vanilla Blizzard in my hands. The first bite was perfect, almost too perfect, creamy and freezing against my teeth. But halfway through, I noticed the ice cream tasted sharper, colder than usual, like biting into winter itself. My fingers tingled, then numbed, even though I was inside. When I glanced at my reflection in the window, my lips had turned a faint shade of blue. I laughed it off at first, blaming the cold, but the color deepened, spreading across my cheeks like frost creeping over glass. The air around me felt heavy and chilled, and every breath came out in a visible mist. My hair stiffened as if brushed with snow, and my footsteps left faint icy patterns on the tile floor. It wasn’t painful—just unsettling, like my body was quietly rewriting itself into something colder, distant, crystalline. By the time I stumbled outside, the summer heat didn’t touch me. I stood there, skin shimmering pale blue, feeling strangely powerful and completely alone, as if I had traded warmth for something sharp and eternal. I went in craving dessert, but I walked out feeling like I belonged to a frozen kingdom no one else could see.

Worst experience ever buying a gift…

Worst experience ever buying a gift card as a Christmas present. Bought a $50CDN giftcard for my niece and nephew and it never arrived. The website didn't have any tracking info. I've spent hours calling and emailing but they just keep transferring me to different help desks and now I just received the original generic response email they sent me 5 weeks ago. Going mad as noone will help me and just go oing round in loops despite sending my full receipt code etc. So frustrated!
