RIP off phone numbers …
Disgusting my 91 year old mother needed to pay her bill so I called Damart on the phone number provided and it cost me £5 on my phone bill for the pleasure. This catalogue is aimed at the older generation and they shouldn’t get ripped off when calling them

Higher prices, lower quality
The prices are so expensive that I only shop when I have an offer code. Their products used to be high quality, but now the material is so cheap, it's like wearing a plastic bag Very disappointing.

I have been looking for tracksuits for…
I have been looking for tracksuits for many months and finding a tracksuit three-piece was a bonus. The first one I bought was a violet colour and it was so nice and high. I had so many compliments I bought the navy one they fit perfectly. They’re very comfortable and perfect for sport and casual wear. I’m just hoping that the green one comes back on the market because I’d love that one as well. I’ve bought one for my twin sister and taking it on holiday because I know she’ll love it too. I’ve also bought some night dresses from them unfortunately the sizes were too small so I am awaiting the bigger sizes.

Delivered the wrong size trousers 16…
Delivered the wrong size trousers size 26 instead of 16. Rang up to sort the issue and then later realised the number I called 0871.... and I had been charged £3.70 to correct an order which was their mistake. Will never deal with this company again. Utter ripoff.And have to wait 2 weeks for them to correct their mistake.AVOID

I bought these for my elderly mum, she loves them. Nice and cosy, easy to get on and off and they wash well.
