I only received one shoe
I only received one shoe, lazy careless, the bix shoild have been checked before sending out. No compensation for wsiting for delivery and ending up with no shoes.

No longer a high street shop unfortunately 😢
I’m so sorry to find out that Daniel’s has closed in Harrogate which meant I had to order these shoes online which I hate doing because trying on shoes is a must. Unfortunately the shoes were too tight and I had to return but the process was straight forward. I’d still so much rather go into a shop to try on so will probably not buy Daniel shoes again for this reason.

Delivery is always prompt and reliable…
Delivery is always prompt and reliable and there is often discount on the footwear. Ordering and receiving is hassle free. I particularly like the design of the shoemakers sold and enjoy buying from Daniel Footwear. I would recommend them.

Solid brand
This is one company I will definitely recommend. Royal mail refused to deliver my parcel and when I reached out to the customer support team, they were so empathetic and tried to resolve the issue as quickly as they could. They issued a refund and I could easily have gone elsewhere to get what I wanted after the entire experience but I re-ordered and got it quickly! Thank you for your excellent service!

Great company
Great company, I had a question and they came back to me promptly. Delivery was quick and on time with good communication. The trainers are fabulous, just what I wanted and with a 15% discount a really good price.
