Not as smooth as expected
Not great as we had requested removal of the old sofa in order to make space for the new one but this had not been communicated to the delivery crew. Fortunately they allowed us to make payment directly but it could have been better organised.

Outstanding service.
Initially I found the web site very good. After ordering Amelia Rogan was very helpful with progress information keeping me updated with progress and delivery information. Delivery was exemplary and timely.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a leather Sofa from Darlings of Chelsea; it arrived within the estimate time and the quality is excellent. I had a small issue, which was resolved promptly. Hayden Pillay, Amilea Rogan and Debra Wood provided me with excellent customer service throughout the process.

Great sofa bed.
